Best WLM Reviews
I combed over the recent reviews for this location and I am happy to say that I didn’t encounter any of the negative reports shared by other guests. We found the room to be spacious and comfortable and the staff to be responsive and courteous without being intrusive. We did have an issue with the toilet, which was fixed within 15 minutes of arriving and reporting it. The valet were phenomenal. Several restaurants within walking distance. Our only complaint—and it’s minor—is that there was no menu for room service in our room. When we looked for one and couldn’t find it, we opted to go without. A great stay and would stay again!
Beautiful impressive atrium lobby with glass elevators, water features, statues, and mosaic floors. Lots of attention to detail.|Lobby bar is an inviting spot to have a pre-dinner drink or an end of night nightcap. Would appreciate it being open a bit later.|Reception, valet, and bar staff were all efficient, helpful, and pleasant.|Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were maybe a bit dated - but in a charming way, and were comfortable and spacious. We would appreciate having complimentary bottles of water provided in the room.|I agree that it is a pain that the only option is to pay for expensive valet parking or go find a parking garage yourself. But the valets were quick and efficient and did a good job.|We didn’t use the indoor pool - but it looked nice.|Great location - just across the road from the very charming Bricktown and all its restaurants and bars. While it was only a 2 minute walk to Bricktown, we did have to walk under an overpass bridge - which was dark and creepy and felt a bit unsafe. They really need to put some lights along that walkway. I was with my husband and our adult son, but don’t know if I would have felt safe walking through there alone at night.|Beautiful hotel in a great location, we would be happy to stay here again.
Positive: Every corner of our room was very very clean. Sheets were fresh and clean. Bathroom was immaculate. Beds were super comfy and not a speck of dust to be seen any where! Breakfast was great with lots of options. Our waitor was very attentive. Negative: The parking was a little inconvenient, but considering the hotel is in the heart of bricktown, the valet parking did make more sense due to parking being limited there. Valet attendants were very nice.
Rooms were clean. Great water pressure in the shower. Beds were not too firm or not too soft. I wasn't able to get into any streaming services on the TV, but other than that the rooms are great. Service was great. Smooth and very very timely check-in. the location I would say leaves little to desire. There are a variety of shops, restaurants, and at least one movie theater that I saw. One last thing the rooms are not overly expensive especially for the quality.
Love this place! Every time we are in OKC, usually to see a concert or something, we book a room here. Been staying there since 2018. Love the atmosphere, the view, the amenities, the staff, and the location.
We have even considered booking a stay just to have the breakfast and say hi to the restaurant staff that we have come to know on a first name basis!
On that note, I would like to specially recognize Miriam and Khyjuan, who are there every time we have stayed. Even through the 2020 pandemic and before, they have always been very nice and will bend over backwards for you. They really make us feel welcomed and keep us coming back.
See you all some time in the future!
We are North Carolina Hurricane Helene survivors. Relocating with two small children. The staff has been warm and welcoming and made us smile. It’s a beautiful hotel. Quiet, great view, pool and jacuzzi are such a treat after all we’ve been through. Mark at front desk was very helpful and kind. Parking attendants couldn’t valet my small uhaul trailer but were super accommodating while I unloaded and directed me to a trusted parking lot a couple blocks away. Just overall, lovely staff ❤️
Brayden was an exceptional help during my trip, making my experience much more enjoyable and stress-free. From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. Whether it was offering advice on the best local attractions or providing detailed directions, his knowledge of the area was impressive. He always had a friendly smile and was eager to assist, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. ||Brayden’s kindness stood out the most, especially when I faced a few challenges during my stay. He was patient and understanding, taking the time to listen and offer solutions with genuine care. On more than one occasion, he checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly, which made me feel valued and well taken care of. ||Not only was Brayden professional, but his personal touch truly made a difference. He shared thoughtful recommendations, pointed out hidden gems I might have otherwise missed, and even provided me with a few local tips that enhanced my overall experience. Thanks to Brayden, my trip was much more than just a visit; it was an unforgettable journey, and I’m incredibly grateful for his help and kindness.
We had a great stay at the Wyndham Grand! The atmosphere was very welcoming, and the valet parking service was on point, making check-in a breeze. The hotel is quiet and peaceful, though we were on the -14th floor (which was a bit unusual, but it worked fine for us). Overall, the experience was positive.
The only downside is that the hotel feels a bit outdated, and it could use some updates in certain areas. However, considering the price point, it was still a great value for the money. I’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay.
