The hotel is beautiful. Great location. My favorite part....The pool Bar! The bartender William is amazing. He makes a terrific cocktail. He is very personable/professional and very attentive. Also....which is extremely important to us...cleanliness! The bar was ALWAYS clean!! William is definitely a HUGE asset to The Wyndham Hotel!
We are just about to wrap up our 7th business event hosted at the Wyndham Grand Jupiter. Vera, John, Xavier and Ramon with the food and beverage team are awesome! After every event, our visiting customers tell us how gracious the service is and how delightful the food is, and they are right. It is wonderful coming back knowing these smiling, helpful, professional people will make sure that every detail is covered and help us make our visiting customers' experience perfect. See you all again in January and April. Thanks for the amazing hospitality!
The hotel was super clean and the staff was super helpful, friendly and courteous. They genuinely seemed to love their job and care about the guests. The pool area was lovely and they provided sunscreen, which I thought was a great idea! Hope to go back soon!
I'm literally only writing this review to say that Josh at the front desk is an exceptional employee of this property. I've had the pleasure of interacting with this gentleman 3 times while staying here. And I have to say he is so happy, vibrant, helpful, and just an absolute pleasure!!! We own 3 businesses and I only wish I could have a valued associate like Josh. You can tell he loves his job. He went ABOVE and Beyond to make our stay amazing. I would definitely recommend him for any higher management positions as he is definitely a great face for your brand. Josh is leadership material ????
I had to do a review of this Marriott as I stay in a lot of hotels in various places… this time of year late November early December just the best time in West Palm everyone’s pretty chill not the high season. It’s a great time to be in Florida. My first layover in West Palm the beach is pretty great. Next time I’ll try and make time to rent a body board or surfboard as the conditions seemed
pretty decent. Ive got to shout out to Chad who works there and he’s just an awesome guy. I lost my AirPods and he tracked them down. Bought them to the Room. Just provided a great personalised service and went the extra mile. The hotel Pool and the upper deck is just awesome. I highly recommend this place and Chad needs a pay rise definitely should be promoted to manager or even CEO….
I stayed here on my first and so far only trip to south Florida. I absolutely loved everything about it. It's been 7 years now and I still remember how great the rooms were and how nice the staff was. Whenever I come back to the Jupiter area, I'll definitely be staying there again.
I have stayed here several times and I am a local. My wife and I just need a little get away from the kids and close enough to home to deal with any issues. A little weekend get away makes the wife happy and well worth the $. Great staff, awesome rooms and the intercostal view sitting on the patio with a cocktail is priceless. Great restaurants just a 2 minute walk away.
My review is based solely off the bar. I had attended at Christmas event on 11/30/2024. On the menu was an espresso martini flight. I did not order this flight because of what I witnessed with someone else’s flight order. As I sat at the bar waiting to order I watched the woman bartender grab a dirty tray of three martini glasses in front of me. Keep in mind that they were dirty!! She then grabbed the dirty martini glasses and took them to the side of the bar. As I watch her, I witnessed her take a dirty rag and only wipe the rim of the glass, then she continued to fill and serve these glasses that were very dirty and served them to the next guest. Very very unsanitary and definitely a health hazard!! As someone who works in the restaurant industry I was very disappointed and disgusted that she would even dare to serve someone with 3 dirty glasses from the previous customer. Be careful and make sure you’re drinking out of a clean glass.
