We’re an older couple stopping in for a good night’s rest. Very quiet,and clean except for coffee pot. The only thing that had me concerned was the people hanging out in the back parking lot in the dark just watching . My husband has Alzheimer’s and got lost finding our room, Jose , David & another lady who worked at the hotel made sure he got back safely. The staff are very friendly & kind. Thank you for a Great Stay. Looking forward to staying with y’all again in the future. ????
If I had not been traveling all day, I would’ve never stayed there. This place is awful, The rooms were dirty, extremely outdated, the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks plus there were broken parts to the sink and tub, and of course I didn’t use the facilities except the toilet . The front desk people were less than helpful and could care less about their customers. I am thinking about reporting them to the health department.
Just a quick follow up to this response from Katrene: Shame on me for not reading the reviews before booking. I reviewed approximately 20 of the last 23 reviews. Of those reviews they were all rated as a negative #1, and your response to each customer was very similar “stating how important the feedback was and that you would be looking to improve “. Clearly the only thing that is being done is to try and pacify the customers without really taking any constructive actions at the property, perhaps a better gesture would be to compensate the customer for another stay at a different property.regards and have a blessed day.
My stay was good; the only thing I did not like as much was the bed; it was not as comfortable because there was only one pillow available per person and the bed was king size. Also, the hotel was not top notch as far as cleanliness, but my room was very clean and everyone at the front desk was very nice and friendly. I enjoyed my stay.
Great customer service from all staff and the manager. In particular, I had the best experience with Zach, at the front desk from check in to check out, polite and professional, (apologies if spelled differently). Beds are extremely comfortable and the room was clean as expected.
Only OK, our particular room had no coffee pot or blow dryer. Two towels for two people fir two days …Clean enough, but not luxurious in any way. Basic $100 room. We’ve been in much worse for the price . Breakfast ended at 9 am, and they really mean it. Get out, we need to clean up.. First time I’ve had that happen!
Clean room, very comfortable bed. But the TV was almost unusable as it was almost impossible to navigate. I even had to set up the local channel lineup myself just to get local weather, and the picture was only 1/4 of the picture tube. In the morning there were two German roaches coming in thru the hall door. The people at the desk were just busy talking with each other and ignored me except when they needed check-in information and those I met in the hallways ignored me when I said "hi." |Also, no microwave!
This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, it felt completely unsafe. The hallways were always chaotic and noisy, and there were people constantly hanging out in the parking lot. As soon as I walked in, I was hit with a musty, unpleasant smell. The carpets were disgusting and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. The WiFi was completely inaccessible.
The room itself was filthy. The floors were stained, the appliances were rusty and falling apart, and the bathroom was disgusting. It reeked like someone had just wiped everything down with a wet rag, leaving it grimy and damp. The shower curtain was unbearable, with a foul odor. The toilet started leaking from the floor. The towels had a sour, unwashed smell.
On the second-to-last night, someone was trying to force open my room door. The hotel is tiny, yet the elevator was always out of service. Overall, this hotel was a nightmare, and I would never stay here again. It’s a dump that shouldn’t even be in business.
My friend also found bed bugs.
This hotel needs help. The pictures are misleading. Cleanliness is not what’s happening here. First we were assigned a room that was not cleaned at all. This includes unmade beds, bag of trash, bugs, some sort of murder looking stains on the beds. The front desk staff member was extremely apologetic and changed our room to a livable for the night accommodation but this room was still gross. There was a nonslip mat in the shower that was half attached so water was under it and nasty, all the light switches were filthy. Overall unacceptable and very overpriced. I had 2 rooms and paid 250 each.
