The rooms are clean but pillows could use an upgrade. The shower had hardly any water pressure and took a long time for the water to heat up.
Other than that this was a terrific room, great area and ask the staff at the front desk and at breakfast were super friendly and helpful.
Shout-out to the ladies in the kitchen for having great grits!!!!
I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Not worth the $150 a night, this should have been $25 a night, lobby looks nice at first, once you get closer, the issues become clear.
The gym equipment doesn’t work, see videos, it’s essentially unusable. The hotel, which was supposedly built in 2017, is in surprisingly poor condition. Peeling paint in the main lobby, hanging wires, and missing smoke detectors are just a few of the problems you’ll notice. These safety issues should not be present in any hotel, especially one that is relatively new.
The beds were another huge disappointment. They were incredibly uncomfortable and looked more like high risers than actual beds. The bedding felt cheap and scratchy, making it impossible to get a restful night’s sleep. it's clear they need to be replaced.
The shower was equally bad. The shower spout leaks when the showerhead is working see video, On top of that, the soap and shampoo they provide are barely enough for one child to use—not enough for two adults to shower properly. See the pictures where I show how little soap and shampoo you actually get. How are two people supposed to manage with that?
Carpets are not cleaned in the lobby.
The hotel also had a strong, lingering smell of weed, which was very unpleasant. Even though the property looks modern in some of the photos, with tile floors and a nice design, the reality is that it feels old and poorly maintained.
For a hotel that was built in 2017, it’s shocking how poorly it’s been maintained. it’s clear this hotel is not in the condition you’d expect from one that’s only a few years old.
If you're looking for a better stay, the Hampton Inn across the parking lot is a much safer choice. It offers better comfort and quality. Stay away from Wyndham Garden Summerville—it’s not worth the money.
A wonderful stay. Restful, quit, clean, good food, pleasant service,well lit parking. There are no bad things to say a great motel. I would recommend to everyone. The front desk staff seemed to enjoy the job had a lot of fun with us. Not one complaint can I think of not one. Thanks to the staff for such a pleasant experience.

Nasty hotel. Hard floors and carpet were dirty with trash, paint stains, footprints, mud and actual dirt. The room wasn't fully cleaned. The parking lot was full of trash and legit dog s**t. Parts of the hotel looked like it was under renovation, but I don't think it actually was?
And single ply toliet paper in the rooms. The hotel is next to several others and is an absolute nightmare to get out and navigate with the traffic that backs up in front of. Don't stay here.
Do better, Wyndham.
Everything was nice, from checking in to a nice quiet night. I really enjoyed my stay and will be back soon. Only thing y'all could add is c outlets and more soap. Nice stay a great get away to get some rest. My friend enjoyed his stay as well.……..
The room was clean and spacious and the customer service was wonderful. The only thing I noticed is that the water takes a long time to heat up and the pressure was low. The pillows can be upgraded and my lamp shade by the bed can be replaced. But overall I enjoyed myself
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Very nice on the inside, room was comfortable. Beds are definitely firm! Bar and grill area looked nice, we arrived too late to enjoy. The next morning the breakfast was really good. We had biscuits and gravy. The ladies in the dining area were so friendly and really made the stay!
Positive: The customer service was good from the receptionist. Checked me in quickly and efficiently Negative: Room was horrible. You could tell there was a leak in the room, water pressure in the shower was not good, toilet was rusted and microwave smoked really bad when you use it.
