Best WLM Reviews

No hot breakfast, no coffee. Elevators sound like they're dying. Staff was nice. Room overall was not very clean, but the bed seemed clean. Vent in bathroom did not turn on so I had to leave the door open which made the whole room humid... Cue the A/C... it worked but never got cold. Everything I put in the fridge ended up frozen, so frozen string cheese is a thing I can now say I've eaten. I would not have booked had their website not advertised free breakfast.
Don't stay here. Bad!|We've been Wyndham Diamond rewards members for 6 years. And generally, these garden inns are pretty decent. So i was pretty disappointed with this one.||The lady behind the front desk was visibly inconvenienced to check us in. And became aggressively angry when I asked about breakfast.||She told me they didn't serve breakfast. I said, "oh I thought the website said hot breakfast available" and she ANGRILY told me that if I read the website, I'd see it wasn't currently available.||Passing the broken ice machine and walking through the halls that smelled of weed and cigarettes, I went to my not-very-clean room and checked the website. Website says pool and attached bar and restaurant are closed, but not a thing about breakfast being unavailable. In fact it said "Hot Breakfast available" in two different locations.||The coffee maker in my room was broken, so I went downstairs to find coffee; the urn was full but barely above room temperature.||I used rewards points for this room, so it was free, or I'd just leave. Don't make the mistake I made. There are a lot of hotels nearby. I'm sure you can find a better one
One of the worst hotels I’ve ever been to. It appears that zero effort is made to clean the rooms outside of fresh towels, making the beds, and emptying the garbages. Vents full of dust, water marks on the ceiling, spider nests/webs all over. The list goes on and on. The only upside was the comfortable beds. My photos just scratch the surface. Very surprised for the property being a Wyndham. Will never be back.
The place is definitely in need of a major refresh. But that wasn't my biggest complaint. I had 3 issues: (1) I found what I believe to be a silverfish crawling thru my stuff on the desk in my room. Ugh. (2) The locks on some of the exterior doors on the side of the building didn't function properly, so anyone could enter at any time. (3) The hotel is walking distance to the convention center, but the 2 people at the desk I asked (on separate occasions) both gave me incomplete or inaccurate info on the best route to walk there. If your hotel is 2 blocks from the convention center, you should be able to give clear, accurate instructions.
No hot breakfast, only coffee: contrary to their website. Elevators have a max occupancy of 2 people. Pool is closed (as listed online). Staff was great. Passable place to stay. Room was not pristine, but sheets and beds were clean. Vent in bathroom did not turn on and condition of paint on ceiling indicates that's been the case for awhile. A/c cooled but never actually got the room to displayed temperature. A fridge was nice, but everything froze inside. I stayed for my full reservation due to convention but would not have booked had their website not advertised free breakfast. Nice place for a walk behind the building, and conveniently located to convention center. I won't be recommending others to stay but if someone JUST needs a place to rest their head for one night: it might do the trick.
At first glance place was decent. Room had a sliding glass door, unlocked. The ceiling in the room was starting to fall down. 1 towel, washcloth, and hand towel. Bathmat had holes in it. The room otherwise was clean. The elevators were broken for a bit. The railings in the elevator are held on with 1 bolt. The staff seemed annoyed at the front desk. No restaurant, even though the website states there is. Coffee provided in the AM but not really hot more like luke warm. Price was decent but probably wouldn't stay there again.
This place is very unique. Clean, quiet, staff is great, the view was cool, lots to explore. I very much enjoyed staying here.
I could see how the cookie cutter people would be scared of anything out of the normal which this place is not. Soo, if you're interested in a one of a kind hotel experience, check it out. Or don't, idc.
Very clean, the maintenance has been kept up very well.
First room they gave me was filthy. Balcony door was broken and wouldnt close, wouldn’t lock. Asked to switch rooms. Second room was just okay. Lobby is the only decent looking part of the whole hotel. The whole building itself is old, dirty, outdated. Dirt stains and spills all over the walls in the hallways and all over the doors of each room. Carpet everywhere is old, and smells. Smells awful in the entire hotel. No breakfast included. Also smelled like weed everywhere. They only own 2 carts to carry luggage for the whole building. Didnt ever have any clean towels for us. Toilet knob broken. Didn’t have clean toilet paper in room. Charged two different bank accounts of mine for extra incorrect charges for no reason. They couldn’t explain what they did. I did get the money back eventually though. Staff was friendly but I Will not come back here. Worst hotel ive ever been stayed in.
