There were no curtains in our bathroom and the curtains to the room didn’t close so people could see directly into our room. We had to use the furniture to block the window. We were on the first floor.
No one from housekeeping came to clean the room or empty the trash so we had a pile of trash in the room and wet towels to start the day each day of our stay. It would be nice if someone could tidy up the room and provide fresh towels/bedding and empty the trash when guests leave for the day unless they request for that not to happen.
This was not a good stay. Hope things get better!
We had a very adequate stay. We asked for a remodeled room and it was fresh and clean. Power outlets were hidden on the side of the night stands but there were enough in the room. The bathroom was also very clean and updated. Breakfast was Continental not a hot breakfast as posted on the website. Very good coffee though!
Newly renovated room was beautiful and clean. Desk service was excellent and friendly. Although the restaurant is now open in the evening (not sure when it opens), the breakfast is still continental. It would be nice on the weekends, especially when they are fuller as they indicated when I changed my reservation date, to have some hot items, like scrambled eggs and bacon/sausage. Especially since the price is higher than the last time we stayed here. Although the hotel is a little off the main roads, it's also much quieter.
Bathing lighting was perfect, 2 options for washroom and it was relaxing and perfect. I get anxiety with bright washroom and this room was very pleasant. Perfectly white and clean bed sheets. Fridge was helpful. Breakfast was bare minimal and attendant to refill was no where to be found the one morning we were there. Coffee was empty but we had our own kettle and French press in our room. It’s a few minutes drive to Dunkin donuts. For the price we were content as it is under construction and some drilling heard around 7am did awaken us. Attendants at front desk were very welcoming and it was a nice stay.
Great room & convenient to the airport. On the downside, the website inaccurately advertises daily housekeeping, but the only time I requested housekeeping - After night 2 of 3 night stay - I was informed that they were a "green hotel" and only offered housekeeping after night 3 for all guests. They need to fix this by either honoring what is advertised or changing what is advertised.
This was the nastiest hotel I've stayed in. There were signs up apologizing for construction. Guess what? There is no construction anywhere. The hot water in our sink was controlled by the valve under the sink because the tap wouldn't turn off, and we had enough water pressure in the shower for the water to fall out. We discovered this all in the morning, yeah. The closing mechanism on the door was just hanging over the door. The icing on the cake was that the breakfast buffet was 12.00$! If you stay here, you've been warned.
I didn’t like that they only clean your room on the 4th day. I went to the front desk and ask for towels for the next morning and she said she didn’t have any at the front desk. She was very rude. When I went out the next day I asked if they could at least get the trash and leave fresh towels. They need training in customer service. I will not stay at this location ever again.
Being near the industrial areas of the city was a big plus as I was traveling for business in this area. The rooms are being updated, and a few of my electrical outlets did not function, but the service staff was friendly and that issue will likely be resolved soon. The gym was small but had the proper equipment for a quick exercise.
They have an outdoor pool, but it was closed and unusable.
