Best WLM Reviews

American Airlines placed me here. The wall paper has mold spots all over and The ceilings are missing tiles in the mirror of my room had dust all over it like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. I checked in and out of the room due to the condition I did not feel safe or comfortable sleeping there. I dove 8 hours home instead of waiting for my flight the next morning. I’ve stayed in a lot of places that are not nice but this place is beyond that.
Clean, quiet, comfortable, good customer service and all at an unbeatable price. Airport shuttle driver and front desk at night were great. I enjoyed my stay.
Received voucher from American Airlines to stay at Wyndham due to repeatedly delayed departures and missing connection flight. Quick & Easy shuttle ride from airport. Driver was very nice, personable and kind. Thank you Jimmy! Hotel front desk man was also kind, accommodating, informative and professional. I found the place to be clean.the linens, towels and pillows were nicely arranged, bountiful and clean. My TV didn't work. Too tired to watch anyway. Few unrepaired cosmetic issues in the room, a bit worn furniture, peeling wall paper and was perfect for me. Bed mattress no so comfortable and I slammed my foot into a metal frame rod that sticking out from under the bed that delivered a free silent fireworks display. The bathroom was great! Clean, great water pressure and I love shelves in the shower stall. They had two shelves!!!! ???? Nice stay. I'd come back. Affordable and fair priced. Offers refrigerator, coffee machine with coffee and tea, ice maker 2 end tables, four nice pillows, a radio, iron with ironing board, large size closet with hangers and office chair with large desk. Denny's next door and a Shell station convenience store about a 3 Wood away. No food or snacks here and no continental breakfast. Don't arrive hungry. I think hotels should rate and review their guests to determine if they want you as a guest. ????
I booked the room through Chase Travel, paid for the room ahead of time, checked in, and then was told there was a $100 refundable security deposit for incidentals. That is normal, I've seen that happen almost every time I've been at a hotel. But when I was about to leave after my 2 days there, I got a notification from my credit card that I was charged another $59.54 from the same vendor that charged the $100 security deposit. I went to the front desk to ask what that was about, they asked me what I paid for the room, and I told them. They said "Oh well I'm seeing you should've only been charged $159.54, and not that amount. So if the amount you paid to Chase hasn't posted yet, then it should fall off and you'd only pay the $159.54." It's now more than a week later, I just checked my statement and saw that both the charge from Chase and the hotel are there. Called Chase, they said it should've only been their charge and no more. They called Wyndham on my behalf to see about what's going on with these charges, and conveniently "their system is down, and it'll be about 3-5 business days to hear back." This is absolutely absurd. Getting charged almost DOUBLE to stay at this hotel? You've got to be kidding me. And the hotel never gave me any itemized list as to what these charges were for. My advice? Stay away.
Stay for the park & stay. Rooms were good. Nothing to go crazy for, but was exactly as needed. Shuttle to the airport is scheduled. Pick up from airport is not. We waited about an hour than we realized there was already 14 people waiting. There is only 1 shuttle. The driver was RUDE! Screamed a few times. We got a cab with another couple we were so aggregated. Never again.
Not awesome, but adequate.
Evening staff was friendly, but the room was pretty dirty with a severe lack of attention to detail. Sticky fingerprints and smudges everywhere, disgusting looking stains around bed skirt, mold in bathroom shower and toilet, thick dust in sections of carpet that clearly have not been getting tended to, nowhere to hang a bath towels for easy grabbing amidst the walls of peeling wallpaper. Additionally, I don’t think the filter in the air conditioning unit has been cleaned in quite some time, as there was a significant amount of mold on the outside, and my asthma was flaring up pretty badly. Not exactly the most welcoming.
Shuttle to and from airport was what it needed to be, you just have to call and schedule it.
I was given a room here by my airline because of delayed flights and a missed connection, which is why I say this was adequate. However, I would never pay money to stay here, and, in the future if I were in the same situation, I’d request to be placed elsewhere.
DO NOT STAY HERE! The room I stayed in was in terrible condition and I was HARASSED by their shuttle staff!! I arrived at this hotel via the free shuttle provided by the Philadelphia International Airport and was greeted by very nice staff. I ended up staying here for one night at a price of $140. Since it was $140, I assumed the room would be decent or better, however I was incredibly wrong. The room walls were torn and damaged, huge cobwebs were hanging above the bed on the ceiling, and there was even black mold on the walls!! It was disgusting. The bathroom had decent amenities and provided a good amount of towels, soap, and shampoo and conditioner. Some of the lamps in the room had a hefty amount of dust on them, indicating that this room wasn’t well taken care of. The location is also very inconvenient as it is not really close to anything useful except a dingy gas station, a terribly-rated Denny’s and the only upside to this entire experience: a fantastic pho restaurant.
Throughout this entire experience I did not feel safe at all. I do not recommend staying here at all, ESPECIALLY if you’re a woman traveling alone such as myself.
The night after my stay, I once again used their free shuttle service to get to the airport and this is where I was harassed and felt the MOST unsafe. Since the shuttle van was full of grown men and I was the only woman, I decided to sit in the passenger seat as to avoid sitting directly next to any of the men. The driver was also a man, but with the middle console in between us I felt a bit more secure with that. As we were driving to the airport, the shuttle driver asked us what terminal we had to be at, I responded with “terminal A” to which he said “no, terminal B” and this was my first red flag. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, I blew his response off and just stated again “no, terminal A,” and he accepted it. Then, as we pulled up to terminal A, I began trying to get out of the van through the passenger door and found it to be locked. Assuming the child lock was on, I turned to him and said “I can’t get out, it’s locked,” he then turned to me and said “I don’t want to let you out” TWICE before letting me go in the end. For future reference and to avoid this driver, the man was black, age around 40’s/50’s, wore glasses, had a cap on and listened to jazz on the radio. Had the van not been full of men and had we not been in public, I don’t know what would’ve happened and I don’t want to know.
Horrendous service and experience, please, once again, DO NOT stay here. Worst hotel experience of my life. Will never come here again!!
This place was old and gross. It smelt weird, walking down the halls you could see multiple things that needed to be fixed, the shower products seemed like they were just a mix of whatever, the king bed was uncomfortable. I had a two night layover due to a canceled flight and I booked a different hotel for the second night. I'm honestly pretty pissed I spent over $100 on that. And I literally never leave bad reviews, ever.
