While this was not the most luxurious hotel, the staff was excellent and it was very decent for the price! We were in town for a wedding at the venue next door and the staff was very accommodating and even upgraded the bride to a suite for us to all get ready in, making the day super comfortable for us to all relax and spread out while we did hair and makeup! There were a few minor issues with rooms amongst our group, mainly pertaining to hot water, but again the staff was very accommodating and made sure everyone was switched to rooms they were happy with. The breakfast was delicious and I even got a Texas shaped waffle!
Good place to stay. The reason for only 4 star is we had no hot water and brown water was coming out of the shower head. Caesar the night desk employee was so sweet about it and apologized for the building was undergoing some construction. He did offer to exchange rooms but I didn't want to for my kids were in the room next to mine, and I didn't want to take a chance they would move me to a different floor. Thanksgiving weekend and all. So I stayed in our room and I could just use the shower in the other room. They had hot water and no brown water. Other than that rooms were clean and all staff were very professional and nice.
Kacie, Cody and Ermalonda at the front desk are amazing. Anything we needed or any questions we asked they we so happy and helpful. The room was perfect. We slept so peaceful. This is a wonderful place to stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.
This place was an awesome stay! My family and I came here so we could take our children swimming. (we have 5 kids) The pool was heated so it was perfect. The room was nice. We stayed on the 3rd floor. The lady at the front desk was helpful . We will definetly be coming here again !
In my opinion, the bed was not comfortable nor plush. The pillows were not comfortable. We had the worst water pressure I’ve ever experienced which did not make for a pleasant showering. We had to let the hot water run in the sink for 5+ minutes before getting hot water to the shower. We had initially let the hot water run in the shower for several minutes with no improvement.
We tried to go down and check out breakfast at 9:30am and there was absolutely nothing out there. We were never told the hours and the website didn’t show them either.
We will be making other accommodations if we visit the area again. We stayed 3 nights and it was not worth it.

NO HOT WATER! HOW DO YOU OPERATE A HOTEL WITHOUT HOT WATER? A - YOU DONT! NO CLEAN LINENS, UNABLE TO SANITIZE...... FRONT DESK ACTED AS IF IT WAS NO BIG DEAL!
I recommend this location be avoided at all costs! Shame on you Wyndam!!
