Our stay was pleasant. The room was clean and stocked, the beds were firm yet comfortable. Maybe bring your favorite scent to make it “your space”.
The staff were all courteous and professional. Breakfast was simple and satisfying.
There are two separate buildings that connect with the pool and courtyard in between. One being all inside rooms and the other building has rooms that step directly outside. The rooms around the pool would be my first choice.
We stayed in main hotel. Our room was clean, beds comfy. AC/heat unit was noisy. Didnt bother us but some might find it annoying. Continental breakfast was typical motel fare. Online we were informed there was a fee for breakfast but at check in we were told the online info needed updating. Desk clerk was cheerful and helpful. Convenient location.
This was by far one of THE cleanest hotel rooms I have ever stayed at. The bathroom floor literally shined and was so clean, I felt that I could have "eaten off the floor". The entire staff was very friendly. Breakfast was typical for a hotel. Overly greasy sausage, instant eggs. But, the coffee! Us coffee drinkers need the caffeine and want it to taste good. The coffee was THE BEST hotel coffee I have ever had. I took a cup with me for the road! That never happens. Spend the few extra bucks and get a room at a hotel from a quality chain that knows good accommodations!
The room is spacious, the beds are soft, and the pillows are the best. Convenient to the main highway! Front desk staff friendly and helpful! Different optional places to dine. Places to seat and eat or grab and bring it back to the hotel. I appreciate having a microwave and mini refrigerator in the room. One suggestion, there is an iron, however, no ironing board.
Stayed for only one night but not sure how this anything but a 4 or 5. Even though it's both outdoor in door style, the outdoor rooms are extremely clean, very modern, and extremely fancy with no signs of any bugs or bed bugs or roaches anywhere. The main breakfast buffet area may have been one of the best I've ever seen with a full breakfast spread featuring the usual but even bagels, omelets and sausage. The price was the best in the area and parking was free on site (if you've been in the city you know how much forced hotel valet is)
This hotel was pleasant. The staff was kind and helpful with kindness when needed. Our door did not automatically close on its own. After calling the front desk immediately someone was at our door with a key to change the defective room for an functional room. We felt safe and very comfortable. We definitely would book at this hotel again.
The room was very dark and dank. All of the "metal" surfaces were rusted and the floor, when I arrived, was sticky. The shower didn't have much pressure. Breakfast had a good selection. I checked in late and the lady at the desk was super helpful and very friendly. Checkout was simple and location was fine.
Room was very disgusting. Lingering smell, crumbs / candy wrappers on the floor upon check in, minimal lighting, bathroom was dirty, water pressure in the bathroom was extremely low and it barely got hot, and the bed sheets had stains on them as well as a brown stain on my pillow. Room service is non existent as they don’t clean the rooms at all if you stay more than one night. It looks dark in the room with all of the lights on (the picture below is the lightest the room gets). All of the dirt you see is not ours as we barely stayed in the room. I will never EVER be staying here ever again. Save your money!! Thank God it was only a quick weekend trip but yeah it was pretty bad.
