After I booked this place I was worried because of old reviews I had seen on Yelp. I called the hotel to voice my concern. I explained to the manager that our three-month old was newly released from the children's hospital and that we were worried about the cleanliness. The manager, Max, explained to us that the hotel hired all new staff and management and reassured us about their commitment to their customer service, to their cleanliness, and to helping us feel comfortable with our stay. He went the extra mile and made sure our room was extra clean. We were impressed with our room, the cleanliness, and the staff. Max took the time out to ensure our comfort and even asked how my baby was doing. The night receptionist, Alexis, was also very nice and welcoming. My family and I are appreciative and thankful to Max and highly recommend this hotel. We will be back!
Great breakfast. Rooms are nice enough. Perfect location - the car rental and airport are right across the street.
After a week of hiking we were so looking forward to using the hot tub, however it was closed. The pool was also too cold to use.
Positive: Access from sliding door directly to the pool and buffet breakfast was great. And reception was very kind and friendly. Negative: The pool was NOT heated, hot tub was out of order, staff gave us 3 different open hours for pool so no one was really sure and the waterfall was not on in the morning and that makes it more relaxing and beautiful.
Although there were some minor issues with employee attitudes and the lack of the bar consistently being open, the stay here was amazing. The fountain-pool, although it can be cold, and breakfast were enjoyable. The rooms were neatly organized and provided adequate space to walk around. Most downstairs units have patio doors which allow you to sit outside and enjoy listening to the waterfall pool. The front desk staff were helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The hospitality crew is mostly Spanish speaking, so it would be helpful if you are bilingual or have a translator ready. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful hotel.

The girl who checked me in was very pleasant. She asked me how my day was. She gave me free cold water bottles to drink.

My husband and I kept trying to contact the front desk got sent to the reservation line 9 times. They were trying to contact the reservation desk for us and struggled to through finally after the 10th attempt we did reach Ashley she was very helpful and polite answered all of out questions.
Upon check in the gentleman checking us in was very short and didn't provide much Information. He seemed more annoyed then anything and also smelt like alcohol.
The hotel itself was nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
The room was comfortable and spacious. We had a late arrival, but that was no problem; the staff were pleasant. The breakfast buffet had a number of tasty options. And I really appreciated the 6 am personal ride by a hotel staff person to the Airport. Thank you!!
The staff was all super nice, I had lost something, and they returned it to me in person, really good breakfast, rooms we’re clean, and the pool and garden are a nice addition. Overall a really good stay would definitely recommend!!
