Great location, next to a few restaurant choices and free breakfast. Rooms spacious and well furnished. Quiet, despite being right off freeway. Awesome indoor/outdoor pool! Front desk and bar staff very friendly and helpful. Hopefully they fix the minor issues with breakfast we experienced, as I hope to return soon!
Very friendly staff, fast check in and out. Clean room and great breakfast. The coffee was good and always ready. The pool was clean and well maintained. The parking was convenient and close to our room. It was nice to have extra blankets and pillow in our room. The room was a good temperature when we arrived, the refrigerator was on and cold as well. I definately will recommend this hotel to friends.
I usually stay at this property when I am in town for a visit. This particular time I felt the experience was not up to standards. The breakfast bar didn't have a variety of selections. Stayed for a week and same selection daily. The cereal selection was poor as only 3 choices daily of the same type. On one day the Milwaukee Girls Soccer team was in town playing a game and instead of setting up breakfast in a conference room for them, they were lined up out the breakfast area and the attendant could not keep up and other guest went without or just grabbed a muffin. Also, there were trip hazards at door 3 and 4 (photos attached). There are good restaurant choices around and easy on and off the highway. Safe location.
Traveled for work and opted for a cheaper option over my co workers and I regretted it every night. I could hear every door open and close all over the hotel from the first floor room at the corner of the building. The shower does a mix of spraying through the shower head and the tub faucet so you get sub par water pressure. Housekeeping was great though and the rooms were clean.
The hotel staff are nice. They advertised a pool and hot tub. I got to the hotel to find out there is no hot tub. The pool was supposed to be heated and it felt like an ice bath. The water was so cloudy you couldn't see the bottom of the pool.
The room was nice but has some chips in the walls. The curtains didn't shut so you had street lights shining in your room at night. The ac kept kicking on and shutting off every 10 minutes. The toilet would refill itself every half hour.
The breakfast was ok but I wouldn't eat the hotel food again I would go out somewhere. Overall it was an alright stay for a night.
Our room smelled like someone had smoked in it and air freshener was sprayed over it. We explained the situation to the clerk and she apologized and moved us to a different, better, room. We really appreciated that, but the second floor room was overlooking the lobby, near a meeting room. I don't know where the nose was coming from, but it was incredibly busy and loud. Thankfully, we always travel with a sound machine so we were okay, but other travelers might not.

The lobby was updated, but our room was not. Desk chair sat way lower than the desk and would only go lower. The bed lights were both broken and would flip over if bumped. The pool was ice cold! Breakfast was always out of pancake batter, and when crowded, the breakfast bar was super hard to manuever around. Found lots of items on the floor... like old gummies and candy indicating the room really had not been cleaned well. Bed was ok, and surprisingly, we didn't hear freeway noise much. Was really hoping for a better experience for our anniversary weekend.
Stayed for a week, the heater in the pool had been out for a month, yet was told the pool was heated. The breakfast was cold every morning and during the week truckers stay so finding a place to park was tough. Brought this up to the clerk at front desk and she didn't care and made no attempt to fix the issue, trucks were parking long ways and taking up 4 or 5 places. There were scratches on the walls and doors, the faucet in the tub wasn't connected to the wall correctly. Since we booked through Priceline if we would have checked out early we would have been charged for the entire time. Would not recommend this hotel.
