Room was clean and bed was fine.
Skunk weed.smell in elevator was sickening.
No coffee available except for the crap packaged in the room. Had to go to the bar attached and pay for coffee.
No one at the desk early morning.

Rooms are good - they are clean, newly renovated. Service is alright. Was kinda difficult to see front desk service but I have no other issues. The location is awesome. Very close to airport
Super clean. The room was beautiful, bed was so comfortable. Very quiet.
6 slot machines. The food at the bar was surprisingly very good, with great prices.
Expressway less than a minute, airport 10 minutes.
Look forward to my next stay.
Positive: Honestly not much. The lobby furniture was nice. Negative: The staff was largely dismissive tub did not drain,many transient people the next morning walking in lot. Across street from a poorly kept trailer park.. The overnight staff dis offer a room to shower in. The girl before barely said hello.
Rooms themselves are satisfactory, however there was not once service to the room. I have also never heard of a hotel worth it's name that doesn't offer bag holds. Rather inconvenient when traveling on the last day of a visit
Positive: "" Negative: The front desk staff just seems to be robotic , not welcoming or informative. It feels like I?m interrupting their phone call or computer time. This is my second time staying there( cheap price) and the experience was the same.
The hotel is about 10 minutes from Allstate Arena. Our room was very clean, which is a must, as was the lobby. Didn’t really have interaction with the staff except for check in, which was fine. Very nice and quiet place to stay. Reasonably priced. Will definitely stay here again!
BED bugs facility .Multiple guest have bug bite .
Stayed their for 4 days . Since enter the hotel customer service is poor . Did not find booking and try to sell you last moment booking to charge more .
Did not have co-ordination with third party booking and tell you you do not have booking .
Whole staff including manager need some update on customer service skills and NOT NOT just looking for money in everything.
Need to learn what SMILE mean.
Lift button does not work .
Rooms are small .
Ice maker broken and , please go to other floor.
Resturant staff rude and food sucks and poor quality.
Locked lobby bathroom and need to ask for code .
If you have to wait in lobby , they turn off AC so you leave .
At Check out time they lock your room by deactivating your KEYS.
