Best WLM Reviews

First arrival the hallways and my room it had a AWFUL weird old stench smell. Had to spray room spray i carried but the smell never went away. Bathroom looked like a bathroom at an owner owned gas station. Along with the floor dirty with yellow stains, everything looked painted over like a landlord special at an apartment, and present of old liquid stains on the door. The only clean thing were the sheets of the bed, TV, night stand. I didn't feel clean myself staying here. This place is only good option if you need a place to sleep thats it and everything is around this place.
AND ON TOP OF THAT I was also double charged $139 each for two extra rooms when I only received confirmation booking for one room for $111 after directly calling the hotel's reception desk last night. Waiting to hear the manager's / supervisor's approval of the refund after calling the website linked to this hotel to resolve this. The operator says they will get back to me as soon as the manager approves the refund. I would like this to be resolved as soon as possible because it is very unfair on my end to be triple charged when confirmation was only made for one room.
I've stayed here now for 2 weeks, 2 different rooms and consistently the water pressure is non existent. My second room, the shower head did not work at all. Also depending on what room you get, high probability your tv will be broken.
Positive: "" Negative: I did not feel safe at this hotel. The front desk staff could have been more friendly and helpful. There was no customer service or premise that the customer was always right. I would never stay at this hotel again, and it gives Wyndham a bad reputation.
The staff is so rude. If your are not an Arab, Indian, or Spanish you will be treated like dirt. The first guy I had was sweet and understanding. The second was plain rude. The last guy I called because they double charged my card and as I was trying to figure out why he accused me of smoking which my daughter has bronchitis so that’s not true never smoked then cursed me out and hung up on me. I had to get out my bed at 3am and drive 30mins to get this straight just for him to say I was right. Yet over the phone he called me all kinds of liars and other names. She showers are nasty and need to be remodel yet they want to be nasty. DO NOT STAY HERE. The showers does not work you have to keep getting moved. The rooms smell old and mold. Save your money and go somewhere else RUN!
Average stay. No issues with the front desk personally but when I was checking in- he was getting frustrated with someone who was not primarily english speaking. They require a $100 deposit which I did not know until I looked at the reviews the night before, so I made sure to have that with me. If you bring cash, they check your room before your departure to make sure you left it in an orderly fashion before returning the money- if you pay card it's a 5-7 day hold. It's a nonsmoking hotel but as soon as you get off the elevator you're hit with the stench of cigarette smoke. The hallway floors are gross and stained but the room overall is presentable. The highway is loud surrounding it but I had no issues with people loitering around- as I got back to the hotel around midnight. Hallways were quiet and no loud music. No breakfast offered but there is a restaurant on site. Housekeeping was nice. Would stay again if needed.
I stayed here for a week with family, and overall, my experience was disappointing. The management and reception staff were quite rude, often rolling their eyes when I asked for basic things like a pen or an extra spoon and plate after breakfast hours. Even small requests seemed like a burden to them. Housekeeping was also a hassle, as I was forced to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes while they cleaned my room.
None of the amenities were available—both the pool and business meeting areas were closed. Additionally, my room had scratches on the floor that caused a cut on my foot. While the maintenance person was helpful and fixed the issue, the overall room service was poor. On a positive note, there was ample parking, and the room itself was decent, but the service made my stay far less enjoyable than expected
Overall The property was decent. it's located in a great location with plenty of dining options. It's Close to the highway with tons of ample parking and fast elevators. One thing that I did not enjoy was the outdated television. My stay was average.
Well… there was a guy injecting himself with something 10 feet from the front door… and there was a kid, alone, ripping the panels off the wall by the elevator on the 4th floor…. And the whole hotel smelled like there was some kind of electrical fire… and some guy followed my wife from her car and tried to get into the elevator with her… and the woman behind the front desk was not very friendly overnight. The young man behind the desk when I checked in was great. The room was okay. Bed and pillows were good. Shower was bad. No water pressure.
I wouldn’t stay there again if it were free.
I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re a woman traveling alone.
