I stayed here for one night and it was great! The check-in process is very easy and barely took any time. They also have a paid valet that I trust with my car. The staff is very warm and welcoming specifically Jean and Debbie. They made sure we were comfortable and told us about local hotspots which helped us plan our night. The breakfast was also amazing, there was a good variety of things to choose from, the staff made sure to keep the area clean and replenish food as needed. The hotel is in a great location, it’s in walking distance of some amazing bars. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, I was able to get some well needed rest. Overall, I was very impressed, I can’t wait to return!
The rooms are spacious, clean, and feature comfortable beds. However, the hotel’s restaurant is only open for continental breakfast, and the nearest dining options are at least half a mile away. The location could be more convenient, and guests receive just an 8 oz bottle of water upon check-in. Additionally, the airport shuttle is available for a fee of $25 plus tax and tip, but its hours of operation are limited. For rides within a mile of the hotel, the bell staff is more than willing to assist. While the hotel staff is friendly and accommodating, the property itself could benefit from some upgrades.

When I arrived at the train station, I called the hotel and asked for a shuttle. I honestly didn't wait long. The shuttle driver was very nice. As he drove me over, he pointed out some of the different areas we were driving by.
Checking in was a breeze. The young lady who checked me in also gave me a list of restaurants around the area. It was a super handy tool to have.
The room was wonderful. I care more about cleanliness than esthetics, and my room was clean! I especially loved the little touches, such as the wipe provided with the remote. I went down for breakfast every morning, and the space used to do breakfast is great! I especially loved the fact that the staff kept on top of everything, especially disinfecting the tables as soon as people finished eating.
I would definitely stay here again!
This hotel exceeded our expectations. The shuttle service was not only convenient but pleasant every time. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Staff was extra helpful. Close to Shea's Buffalo and Keybank center. Would recommend and would stay again.
Super clean hotel with large updated rooms and extremely friendly staff. Nice complimentary breakfast and free shuttle to Buffalo’s restaurants and hotspots. $25 for shuttle to/from airport also offered. Ken and Stefanos our shuttle drivers were so kind, punctual, informative and genuinely showed an interest in my son who was there for a medical school interview. They were excellent ambassadors for the Wyndham brand! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

I've spent several dozen nights in this hotel over the past ten years. A bit tired cosmetically but super wonderful, caring, helpful front desk. Great location for Roswell, Buffalo General...and downtown Buffalo. Free shuttle service is great to explore lots of well-known and less-well-known restaurants, bars, cafes (including a few within walking distance).
The front desk staff were all helpful and friendly. They made the hotel rank up to a 3. The courtesy shuttle was a nice unexpected bonus. But the rooms... it is an outdated hotel and the mattress and pillows are neck and backache producing. Our sheets had old blood spots which scared me as they looked like spots from bedbug bites. I searched the mattress and found no evidence of bugs. I read the note saying linens were not refreshed unless you request until day 3 of stay. Our towels were refreshed on day 2, not that we requested, which was fine except they didn't leave a bath mat. I thought that would be fine, but the floor was very slippery and I came close to losing my balance. Don't shower without a mat to step out on. The noise from the hallway and rooms next to us and above us was quite overwhelming. Not sure what the screaming was last night, kids or a woman. Overall, ok stay for the price, but not a place I would book again.
