Very comfortable and clean rooms, the location is great particularly if you've been to New York before so aren't desperate to spend every second on Manhattan. It takes about 35/40 minutes to get to 14th St/Union Sq, which is then a great central location to explore all areas of Manhattan.||It's also close to Greenwood Cemetery, one of the most beautiful outdoor spaces in the world, never mind just New York!||Only gripe was the quality of the shower, it is incredibly weak so if you've got long hair, it can take an age to rinse!
I don’t write many reviews, but had to put out a quick one for this little gem of a hotel. I wasn’t expecting it to be what it was, given the price that I paid, however, it was so much more. The rooms are modern and clean. The glass bathroom was beautiful. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. When we woke up there was a breakfast area that I had at first thought would be just a basic grab and go type situation, but there is an attendant there that made us fresh eggs and bacon. Overall I give this hotel 10 out of 10.
I have been staying here many times a month for work now and it's always a wonderful experience. It is quiet, clean, the beds are so comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. Youcef at the front desk is so sweet and always welcomes me warmly. Definitely recommend this place!!
Before I tell you all about how incredible the staff is here, my Mom was in shock with how fluffy and super comfortable the pillows are here LOL. Huge thank you to Youcef for being kind and helpful. One of the best hospitality employees we’ve ever met. The restaurant crew, Joshua, Aurora and the other ladies also deserve a shoutout for the amazing job they do for us guests. The menu of food and drinks are also delicious!
Mae was very nice to me I had a long flight and she was very understanding I was falling asleep in the lobby so she let me check in early. She helped me with anything I needed I also got some food and it was so good great customer service here and the ladies that brought our food up where so sweet made me feel welcome for my first trip to New York.
I had a wonderful stay at the Wyndham Garden Brooklyn Sunset Park! The room was modern, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready with recommendations for nearby dining and attractions. The location is ideal—close to the subway, making it easy to get around Brooklyn and into Manhattan. Plus, the views of the NYC skyline were a nice bonus! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.
Hotel was close to subway made it very convenient for us, since we had to travel to the city several times. Well kept room, free coffee and cookies in the lobby was a nice detail. Edwin was helpful and very pleasant. We had slept very well, quiet room and comfortable beds.
My stay here was absolutely amazing. Everything went smooth and well. Granted i only stayed for one day of memorial weekend.I was greeted at the front desk. I’m not really sure who the gentleman was At the front desk morning and night but they both were very nice. once we got into our rooms of course your room is small because it is New York City, but it was able to have three people comfortably in the room,(curvy girl friendly???? iykyk) I also thought that the design of the bathroom is really unique. so you could kind of see the silhouette of the person in the bathroom. The pillows are super soft. The bed is very comfortable and very clean. I pulled back every sheet to inspect the bedding and didn’t find any traces of anything. The only issue that I do have with this location is if I’m paying $55 for parking, I should be able to have In-N-Out Service. Most visitors are coming from out of state and probably have a car and if we’re already renting a car, we should be able to comfortably use that car and just pay for parking so we always get a parking spot because there is parking located behind the hotel as well. I also like that at a certain time the front door locks and only those that have a key can get in. Which made me feel more safe. The location seems convenient I seen that there is a bus stop across the street if your into taking transportation. All in all I will stay again.
