The hotel is within walking distance of the airport and was very convenient. It was sound proof enough that I wasn't bothered by the planes. The meditation room with massage chairs were excellent after two days of overseas travel. The morning breakfast was also wonderful with choice around hot and cold food. The biggest disappointment was the service at the front desk. They were curt, rude and lacked empathy.
I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. We are a flight crew that got stuck over night without any overnight items. The hotel staff took great care of us. The hotel and rooms have such a unique aesthetic, it was fun just walking around the property. Also there is an amazing meditation room with advanced massage chairs that were very relaxing. Every single employee is kind and helpful. They seemed to all enjoy what they do and helping people.
Prior to making a reservation, it is advisable to read reviews. When I conducted an online search for this establishment, the website presented an exceptionally favorable impression.
Upon my arrival at night, the reception area appeared well-decorated and aesthetically pleasing. However, upon entering the assigned room, I encountered significant cleanliness issues. There were visible bugs, marks on the walls, mold in the bathroom, uncleaned floors with food crumbs, and a dead roach, which was quite unpleasant.
I promptly addressed these concerns with the front office manager, who subsequently moved me to a considerably cleaner and more satisfactory room. However, this room presented a different challenge in the form of an excessively loud bathroom fan that disrupted my sleep throughout the night. Additionally, the air conditioning was limited to the living room area, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature in the bedroom.
Despite these inconveniences, I must acknowledge that my overall experience was not entirely negative. The customer service provided by the staff, particularly the ladies in the breakfast area, was commendable and contributed positively to my stay.
Being here only 2 nights out of a whole week and let me tell you this place looks good, very convenient since the airport is right across the street so that’s the positive side of it, negative? Hot breakfast don’t start until 8am? Does not work very well if you’re here for work meetings, training etc keep that in mind, staying on the suite, room is very nice I’ll give you that but you can’t control the AC/Heat you get one or the other, even tho suppose to be the better rooms the king bed is one of The most uncomfortable bed I ever sleep on, I’m sleeping on a pile of bricks and the sad part is my 2 night out of 5 very disappointed, will definitely not stay in here again ????????
Overall hotel was good. Some maintenance issues in room (loose shower head fitting near pipe/wall, ceiling issues in main room). Overall a good stay though. Checking was an easy process, complimentary breakfast was good, room had a balcony with a view. Enjoyed our stay.
Nothing bad about this place at all. Great value for a same day reservation right outside the airport. I imagine it’s more expensive during the summer when the water park is operational, but I can’t confirm. They did a great job decorating for the holiday.
We were stuck at the airport late at night after our flight due to a vehicle issue. We called and they had a room available for us and let us check in late. The room was perfect for my son and I, the bed was comfortable. The gentleman that checked us in was helpful and friendly.
This is a wonderful place to lay your head for a few nights. My beautiful bride and I always get the king suite facing the pool. The location is at the airport and about the best you will get in town due to the fact that all highways are extremely close and easy to get to.
The entryway is always clean and being getting taken care of by the people. The staff is always very quick and well mannered. The hallways to the rooms could use some updates and maybe a little work but the rooms are well kept and clean.
The pool and waterpark are well managed and nice to spend time at with or without kids.
My wife and I normally grab a few cold drinks from their bar and sit right outside the back door and relax.
Would recommend highly if you come this way.
