Excellent staff at the Boca Raton Wyndham. Helpful and attentive. Rooms are clean and the property is well maintained. I prefer the pool view rooms as it’s quieter and feels more like ‘Florida’ and it was nice to have the balcony door open and get fresh air. The second floor coffee spot is terrific and the Farmers Table restaurant is great food and very enjoyable with live music
The conference hotel didn't meet our needs, so we booked the Wyndham at the last minute. Doris, at the front desk, was very kind and accommodating, even got me enrolled in the hotel's travel club. We were able to check in right away, which was very helpful. Our room was quiet and comfortable. The grounds were lovely, as was the on-site restaurant, where the staff went out of their way to please. An excellent experience!
It's a nice hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room has pretty much everything you need except for a microwave. There is a mini fridge for leftovers if you need it. I really like the restaurant on the other side, expensive but really good breakfast and healthy food options.
Shout out for excellent customer service!! From check in to check out, at both the Cafe and Restaurant, to the cleaning personnel, whom worked tirelessly... everyone was kind and helpful, and with smiles on their faces! The courtyard is so lovely, with a resort-like feel!...for such a reasonable price. What a gem! So much in fact, I stayed an additional night!
My family found this hotel when our daughter enrolled in college nearby. It is perfect
for our visits! The rooms are clean, staff is friendly and efficient and it is conveniently located to restaurants, shopping and the highway. We have lounged by the pool and relaxed here too. We will be back! Great value for the price.
Pros. Good location. Bed comfortable. Friendly hotel staff and lovely pool and sun bathing area. Well landscaped.||||Negs. Air conditioning too loud and unable to turn off.||Useless waste of kitchen space as no utensils or crockery provided.||No poolside service or eating option other than the expensive adjoining Farmer's table. ||Carpets need replacing and replace old doors and wardrobe doors in guestroom.
The staff are very nice and helpful. The bathroom was a little small but the rest of the room made up for it. My daughter love crawling around. I was able to wash bottles and had space for everything. Everything was clean and organized.
My stay at the Wyndham Boca Raton was far from satisfactory, especially after reading such positive reviews and expecting a great experience. The issues began on the first day when I was unexpectedly charged an additional $700, with no clear explanation. This charge was a major inconvenience, as I was on vacation, and suddenly found myself with $700 less available. This amount could have been essential to my vacation budget, yet I was simply told that the money would be refunded within a few days and that I’d receive a $100 credit. It wasn’t until my boyfriend and I approached the staff and the manager for a third time that we finally received some satisfaction, but even then, no one could clearly explain why the extra charge occurred.
Each day, I had to get my room key reset because it wouldn’t work. Our sheets were only changed once, and towels weren’t restocked during the stay. To make matters worse, construction began above our room at 7 a.m., disrupting sleep a decision that felt incredibly inconsiderate to guests.
The only real positives were the pool and hot tub. Overall, I left disappointed and hope there will be improvements for future guests.
