Dr. Bethany Ishmael is the best doctor I’ve ever had. As a younger first time mom everything is already very intimidating but having her as our doctor has been amazing. She’s kind, informative, will answer any question happily. I genuinely wish she could be my doctor too. 10/10 would recommend to any and everyone!
After reading tons of reviews, I settled to seeing this clinic. and although the reviews weren’t all great— we had an excellent experience with Dr Kuppannagari. The wait was not that long, and the facility is nice. My oldest son has had a lot of complications due to his health and she is the ONLY doctor who has ever listened to me in detail about what goes on. she has a plan in place for my kids. I will never regret getting my kids a new doctor. she talked to my kids and explained everything she was doing and why. she is a great doctor and great with kids!
I really wanted to love this clinic but I dont. It was easy to schedule and we were seen quick which is why im giving 2 stars instead of the zero I wish I could give. We got to the appt and everything was going great until it wasnt. We moved here from another state and Dr, Jyotsna Kuppannagari (Dr. Jo) promised my child wouldnt be with out her MUCH needed medications. I went to refill and was told Dr. Jo wont refill because my child needs to seek help from a psychiatrist when in fact she does NOT need psychiatry. She was evaluated and told its not needed. Her pediatrician from the state we moved from is the one who managed her medication so I know it can be managed from a PCP level. After finding out this information, Dr. Jo still refuses to refill my childs medication so my child will be with out until we can find her a new doctor.
The doctor Bethany Ishmael is a really good doctor, she cares about our daughter, answer all my questions, she is patient and honest, as a first time parent is difficult to manage when my daughter gets sick but she makes me feel much better after the care she provide to us.

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful care my child, received during their recent tonsillectomy Dr. [Bethany Ishmael] and the entire nursing staff were exceptional - kind, patient, and incredibly informative. They made a stressful time much easier to navigate.
Good afternoon,
My children have been patients of the Wylie clinic since 2022. We recently moved to Royce City and continued to make the drive because we love the providers! We arrived 7 minutes late due to the traffic on i30 and was told due to policy changes that have been posted on the website we could not be seen. The front desk manager, Carina was very rude and stood over the representative assisting me. The manager raised her voice and told us we could not be seen, and they recently took away the 10-minute grace period. I told her I was not aware of that, and she proceeded to direct me to the company website (which by the way noted that they allowed a 10 -minute grace period).
When I told her that the website allowed for a 10-minute grace period, she raised her voice in a demeaning manor, stating " oh well, they told me it was updated."
I asked for a doctor’s note and was told that we could not have one because we were not seen. I informed her I believe that this was doctors' discretion, and we have a great relationship with her. I was just at the clinic the day prior with my other son. She proceeded to tell me she would call the police I have never felt to devalued in my life. Service was unacceptable.
To treat people disadvantageously because they belong to a given health insurance group/race/social economic status is inherently unfair and disrespectful. I have never been so humiliated. It is such a disgrace in front of children to threaten the police in this country to a black person you can't verbalize or have your way. Carina's behavior was unjust. Culture, inclusion and diversity training would be a great asset the next patient would not have to feel like us!
I began bringing my daughter here in 2023, and everyone has been so helpful and friendly! I adore the pediatricians because they thoroughly explain everything and address any concerns you may have! Strongly suggested
I absolutely love this place! Been bringing my now kids since 2017! Provider has changed a few times but WE love MS.BETHANY ISHMEAL!!
She always has such a big beautiful smile and she does so GREAT with all three of my kids! They love seeing her!!
Also shoutout to Donovan* He always has such an amazing smile and vibe! And such a support for kiddos getting labs done!!
