Best WLM Reviews
Tonight was the first time my friend and I tried this place out. We found it when we started looking for unique places on Google. The place is really cute. It isn't a very big place, but they do have "reservation" options online which is interesting. We chose to sit outside since I brought my dog with me (yes, they are very dog friendly). They have a "dog" menu which was cute. My dog loved the chicken, rice, and pumpkin puree in the dog bowl they had. The hostess even came out and gave her a few treats. We ordered their Schnitzel (Pork), and the Sausage sampler. Both were really good. For dessert, we got the Kaiserschmarrn, which was yummy, especially because we ordered some vanilla ice cream with it. We have been to other German restaurants around the area and love that we found another one.
Our server's name was Stephanie. She was very sweet and friendly. She gave us good recommendations and was quick with refills etc. too. All of the other employees we interacted with were just as friendly. Even the customers who were going in and out of the restaurant were friendly (which isn't very common in South FL in my opinion). Overall, really nice atmosphere and experience and my dog highly enjoyed it.
I always read reviews before checking a new place out and while this place has mostly 5 stars, I noticed the 1 star reviews too. To those people I have to say (you're 100% wrong) and here is why...
German places are not known for "Vegan" food (maybe look at the menu first before going to a place), Sausage is supposed to have some char to it (it's not burnt), this place isn't very big so it makes sense that during Octoberfest, they may be very busy and not have room for tons of people, and most places have prices in this range (it's not that bad). Those reviews do not properly reflect this place at all and should remain ignored. I worked as a server for 17 years, so I know people who leave those kind of reviews clearly have never worked in the service industry. This place is great and I will for sure return and bring more people!
Great German Style restaurant in Davie. Worth the trip if you’re into typical German cuisine. Unfortunately they haven’t kept up with the times of what is happening in restaurants in Germany and Switzerland by offering vegan friendly meals. Even other German restaurants in Miami are offering vegan bratwurst and other plant based options to keep up with the times. In the meantime I’ll stick to the good german beers and cucumber salad if I come back.
I experienced this restaurant during the lunch hours of 11:30am-3pm. I ordered the chicken schnitzel with a side of potato salad. It has great presentation but…. It’s ALL breaded, the thinnest slice of meat ever. $1.00 more for German potato salad, it was ok, very runny. They heated this meal in the microwave because it was half cold and half warm. The beer wasn’t even filled up, the beer was $9.90. Definitely not worth the lunch special $25.50 plus tip. $30.00 for a lunch special, not worth it here. Waitress was very friendly though :)
Wunderbar German Kitchen and Biergarten is a hidden gem for lovers of authentic German food! The schnitzel is crispy and flavorful, and their selection of sausages is amazing—everything tastes homemade and fresh. The outdoor biergarten has a relaxed, cozy vibe, perfect for enjoying one of their excellent German beers. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they clearly care about providing a great experience. Whether you're looking for comfort food or just a good beer with friends, Wunderbar is the place to go!

Good food. Good vibes. They have different offers on the alcohol.
Service was little slow. I went on Sunday. The waiter kept forgetting about water request. Took a long time to get food and then check in the end.
Plenty of indoor and outdoor seatings.
Food was very tasty, very dog friendly place offering a menu got them too. Place was chill which is what we were looking for. Service a bit slow but not a big issue and cocktails were strong. Will go again.
Went to watch the Germany vs Denmark game in the UEROs. We arrive and immediately are asked why we showed up without a reservation. Not sure why the lady was so rude up front. We then get sat and the lady says “first I am going to need to see you IDs”. Mind you we hadn’t even ordered anything at this point. The waitress then leaves and never comes back to take our order. Eventually we just got up and left after 40 minutes. Maybe improve your customer service!
The place was great. The food was good. Sausages taste good. The beer was good too. Reasonable priced. I would come again. ♥️
