This restaurant by fire exceeded any expectations that I had. The portion sizes are enormous. The food was fresh. The staff and all people who worked there, including our server, was absolutely wonderful. The establishment was clean. And the service was fast. It was not difficult to get a table there. The most important thing I would like to say in this review is that the food was out of this world and the lunch menu is a very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this to family friends. Or people visiting out of town. I will definitely be returning with my friends.
Our family LOVES this place. We probably indulge in WUs weekly at this point. They have the BEST chicken fried rice. The sushi is fresh and perfect! I absolutely love it here, and I do not have one complaint!
Hit or miss here, came for a birthday with several family members, everyone enjoyed the food. The service was fast, food very good, but I think it’s inconsistent. Sometimes you get a good plate other times not as good as before. Because we eat here a lot, we notice the difference. We enjoy coming here and recommend to anyone, definitely enjoyable!
UPDATE: May 2023- these guys are still very unorganized, they have carry out orders squeezing in between ppl waiting to dine in. They should have a separate pick up area from dine in customers. We’ve been coming here since it first opened and we gave them enough time to get organized, but 2 yrs later, still unorganized and food is hit or miss. Some locations serve the food a certain way and others differently, you don’t know if your orange chicken will be good or bad, disappointing. Chefs should all be trained to prepare food the exact same way at all locations. That’s the idea behind a franchise.
Attentive staff, clean atmosphere, spacious seating, and fresh food. We ordered the Godzilla roll, Alaskan roll, Dragon roll, miso soup, clear soup, vegetable tempora, Hitachi noodles with steak, regular rice, and shrimp fried rice. Everything was fresh & delicious. Food came out timely. The waiter was very sweet.
We went on Friday December 1st, 2023 for the first time. I'm so glad our other plan didn't work out. The service was amazing. The food was so good I ate almost all of my Pineapple flavored chicken. I can't wait to go back and I will be back. I've just been busy with Xmas. If you can remember on that night, I was with my 7 foot tall husband and almost 6ft 7 son. Thank you for changing us to a bigger table also. Here's a picture of my chicken and my husband's beef and broccoli. The rice was hot and done just right too. Thank you all much!
ALL YOU CAN EAT SUSHI LUNCH SPECIAL IS GONE AS OF 09.30.21. So disappointed about this. Today was my 1st time and I went at 11:30am to treat my husband to lunch. If you took it away you should have replaced it with some sort of compromise.
Every party size pays gratuity as well. Annoyed that lunch for 2 was over $100 and there wasn't any hibachi show involved.
Dragon roll was delicious, our waitress was knowledgeable and sweet, and service was speedy.
Food was good. AYCE was pretty decent, kind of expensive for minimal list and the fact that its lunch only. There is only 6 special rolls included. Id definately reccomend double crab roll as that was our favorite. If you like soy paper they do only charge 1$ per roll. Staff was really nice and playful with my 2 kids(1y and 2y).
Edit: Came here again for my birthday 1/16/21 and tried some there menu items. Got the Pad Thai or what was supposed to be Pad Thai and it was terrible. It has some sort of sweet sauce on it. I'm not sure what the hell that was but I wouldn't reccomend it. The noodles were like mush. For not being too busy it also took about an hour to get our food. We had 6 people with 3 entrees and the rest was sushi. They also added 20% tip to the bill for the 4-5 times the server came to our table with 2 of the times asking for her so we could get refills and ask where our food is. We also witness another gentlemen get up from his table to ask about his food. I don't think 20% was warranted this time around. The sushi we got was very good though. I hope you guys can do better next time.
The food was delicious. We go there very often for sushi. We are never disappointed.
