It's been a few years since we've been here and it was just as awesome as I remember. The bar and restaurant staff was very friendly and attentive. The bottle girls were sexy and had a different outfit for every bottle which was very entertaining to watch. The show was amazing! Every DJ including the headliner killed it. I can't wait to come back!
I honestly will not be returning to this place. The staff & bartenders were very nice & polite. However the artist I went to see stood on a makeshift stage for 15-20 minutes and then left. She sang two songs, repeated one, hardly even sang one full sentence of the song. Plus the sound kept messing up with a high pitch sound through the mic. It was a mediocre, lackluster performance, and seeing her in concert before, the performances are not like that. I'm not expecting a full concert at a pool party day club but at least do sound checks & make sure the headliner looks good on the stage. The Dj was okay, he could of been better. Food was overcooked, however the steak tacos & bucket drinks were good. VIP isn't worth it. Yes, it gets you early entry, and a area to be behind or in front of the stage but that's not even worth it. Just stick to general admission.
Big vibes!!! Close to airport, great location and good rum buckets! Just make sure you drink enough water ???? The sun is out, views are gorgeous and the staff was super dope!
First time here and I would return. There’s not much information about this place online so wanted to share some things I learned. I’m sure things change depending on the day or artist but I went to see Nora en Pure on a Sunday.
Parking was $15 and they take cash or card.
Venue is cashless and they included an automatic 20% gratuity on all transactions.
Since it’s part of a hotel they provide towels.
You can take a bag in (they will search it) but there’s not many places to put things unless you buy a table.
There’s re-entry until 4:00pm. So we took our IDs and cash back to the car after checking in.
Saw a lot of other reviews complaining about rude staff. I didn’t experience anything like that or see anyone treated poorly.
Didn’t eat anything but there is a restaurant attached to the pool that you can wear appropriate beach wear in.
Drinks seemed reasonable for a beach club. Highnoon was $7 bottled water around $5. They have a lot of bucket options.
It was busy but not over crowded that everyone was running into you.
I would definitely go back again if I liked the artist!
Day party was pretty fun, we ended up getting a high top table with accommodated up to six people. Our bottle waitress was very friendly and fun. The show they put on with the drummer and dancing girls is funny and definitely ig worthy. The pricing was a bit high for some of the products, specifically the food which was average. I was extremely disappointed in the hookah vendor on site, we literally ordered it and it didn't work well at all was a disappointment since it cost $70. The vibe of the people was good and the views were nice along side the water. Nothing great, nothing terrible -- definitely a decent way to spend a Sunday afternoon.
Got clarity from Wtr. Therefore, I cleared my complaint. But definitely at the interior hotel bar where I got my food, bartender Crystal was a sweetheart. Bartender Jake outside (May 26, 2024 show for Morten) was awesome and chill! Great job to you two!
Bought tickets for Afro jack Monday September 2nd. Was denied entry because we did not walk with our Canadian passports. We have valid Canadian id’s pictures of our passports and health cards. So if your Canadian walk with your passport to this place.
Which is stupid it’s a pool party who brings their passport.
Security is on a power trip.
Police were willing to scan our IDs.
Still denied entry.
Went to a Bday party here. Had an amazing time. We had a reserved area inside the pool w/ benches and a table. However, there's a minimum of $400 for that. Honestly, we spent much more, but service was good, music was great, and Vibe was definitely ???? ????. You don't have to rent a table or cabana you can just enjoy the pool & there's parking but you will pay a fee. It's definitely worth a visit.
