Best WLM Reviews

I usually don't write reviews but since I received such poor care I will. I visited Dr. Rohan & he showed no interest in helping my 4-year-old daughter's skin condition. He prescribed her three different medications over three different visits but never took the time to do any blood work or lab tests he kept guessing what It can be. It seemed like it could be vitiligo, but he told me there were few studies on African American skin. He was so careless, and I wasn't going to keep putting different medications on my baby's skin. I hate that for my baby and wish we were treated differently now she stuck with light spots on her face while we find another Dr who actually LISTENS. However the receptionist ladies were exceptionally welcoming!
Just moved here from Arizona and needed to set up primary care doctor. I did some research on facilities and doctors before I went with this group and I’m so glad I did. The staff were all great. This is a teaching facility so you may work with student doctors, but that didn’t bother me. Laurie Bankston was nice and made me feel comfortable talking about my issues. Also a bonus that they have a bloodwork center in the same building. I went straight there from my appointment and had my test results back within 24 hours. Unmatched service.
Lousy. I went here last year because first I was getting the sweats, then I was getting the chills, but worse was the fatigue and sore throat. And for some odd reason, they wouldn’t even take my insurance. And now, I took my girlfriend here because of her injured foot. Do you know what we got told as they saw her clearly in pain? “We don’t do walk-ins.” The only reason I’m not leaving one star is because I was directed to the urgent care both times.
i saw a nurse practioner adrianne redmond twice after getting out of hospital after death of my mother. people in comments write about doing research to find a doctor. i looked this NP up and discovered frederick douglas was a hero of hers. i listening to his autobiography and discovered he never saw his mother after the age of 7. NP began second visit asking if i wanted her to be my endocrynologist as well as doctor and the mention of F.D. made her leave the room and send a nurse back with another doctor in the practice's name and a date for that visit. i immediately found another doctor closer to me but they sent me a letter saying i couldn't see 2nd doctor in their practice because i'd broken their rules. there were several great people there but NP and social worker named joy were not among them. they have a portal in which you can convey what you're feeling but do this only if you want to be judged as evil or unworthy of their award winning practice in which the phones work as well as adrianne redmond whom nevertheless i wish well.
I will not come back to this practice for a multitude of reasons. The most recent being I clearly heard Dr. Redmond and her staff complaining about a woman who “kept calling and asking everyone for a refill” of her medication. This is not the first time I have overheard Dr. Redmond and her staff talking about other patients! Also, as I was leaving, I saw her walking BAREFOOT on a treadmill and another doctor had his feet propped up on top of the desk like he was at home. This place does not seem professional at all and I will not be back!
I don’t know what all these one star reviews are talking about. Dr. Travers and his team are the absolute best! I’m 37 and have had a skin condition since middle school. They have kept it at bay and I have absolutely no issues now!! Dr. Travers personality is alone a reason to go here. His staff is just as great. They’re all great and knowledgeable. He has students he teaches because he’s that great! I love my appointments! He is the only, in my opinion, dermatologist to see.
Scheduled an appointment for my family to be seen. Had to book it over a month ago in order for us to be seen together. The week prior they called to say that the booking was a mistake and that we need to split up the visits on two separate days. Lady was rude and did not offer a viable solution to their mistake. Kids will be going back to school and our drive is over 40 mins. Canceled all four new patients and will take my business elsewhere. Tired of the medical industry’s lack of customer service.
The doctor was extremely nice. However when I was referee here I made sure when making appointment they were in my network. I filled out appropriate paperwork with my insurance days before appointment. The day of appointment they charged me my $90 copay like any in network specialist. Two weeks later they charge my bank account $202 over-drafting my account. When I call they tell me the doctor is out of network so I owe full price almost $400 to just be told I had dandruff, had they told me this upfront when I asked I would of canceled the appointment & just paid a cancellation fee. It also took me a couple weeks to get my prescription which I had to call a few times for & could tell they were getting aggravated but they still sent it to the WRONG pharmacy. I put on my paperwork the correct pharmacy I stated my pharmacy on every telephone call & voicemail so I don’t know where they got this other pharmacy from but luckily I was able to track it down. The doctor was very friendly but I will not be back.
