I called ahead of time to verify if this place served catfish (I was visiting from out-of-state) and talked to Baylee, who confirmed it for me. When I arrived, she just so happened to be my waitress! She did an outstanding job. She was very attentive, and her and her colleagues never allowed my glass to run empty.
The food itself was great, it was my first time ever having catfish, and it didn’t disappoint. They weren’t soggy, oily, nor cheap. I didn’t feel like eating chicken tenders from Dairy Queen, it had a certain homemade sophistication to it.
Thank you for your service, Baylee! That’s a dining experience I’ll never forget.
Needed a tire fixed next door so came in for breakfast. AMAZING. Biscuits and gravy was one of the best I have had. Veggies in the omelet were fresh. Home fries perfectly cooked. Ice tea was fresh. Staff was super friendly, and not "fake" friendly. My husband enjoyed his food, and commented on how clean the restaurant was. Will return for sure!!
The biggest, tastiest chicken fried chicken sandwich that I've ever had the pleasure of eating and the fries ???? were delicious also ???????? The servers were terrific. They got my order correct and they were polite as well. Lawton is a nice city and the people that were coming in as customers were also mannerly and pleasant. There were no loud people in there, no screaming brats. I saw that big trucks were parked out back. I bobtailed into the lot, but I'm not sure if the trucks with trailers accessed another road or not. There was another one back there, so I assume that's where they came in. It was a great experience and I will definitely come in there again and told my husband about it also. I know that he will love this establishment as well ????
Ok, this place was awesome! My wife and I are in from Florida and we’ve been here a few times. This was our first visit to Wright’s. Cheroki and Judy waited on us. They are top, top, top notch human beings! Professional and just as sweet as they can be. They never let our coffee get cold and they checked on us regularly. The food was excellent and we didn’t have to wait long for it. They make their own salsa that is as good as I’ve ever Tasted. I had the Spanish omelette and it was so good and filling, and I am an omelette snob. ????What a great family diner where everyone makes you feel at home. Do yourself a favor and have breakfast here very soon.
This is a definite gem located right off Highway 44. The people are amazing as they are friendly, attentive and efficient. The food is flavorful and temperature is perfect. The chicken fried steak and chicken fried chicken with potatoes are wonderful. I am from this area but have been traveling full time and this ranks at the top 3 of comfort foods. We will definitely return and if you haven’t tried this amazing place, please do so!!!!! 100% recommend !
Ordered a chicken fried steak and eggs with the side of biscuits and gravy and hash browns. Also ordered a cheese omelet with a side of hash browns and biscuits and gravy as well. It was perfect The chicken fried steak stayed crispy until we got home. Omelette was perfect and fluffy. Everything was good. Just got off a night shift and it was the best way to end my morning.
Good diner fare. My over easy eggs were perfect. Service was great since I was there early and sat at counter. Recommend biscuits and sausage gravy. Plenty of sausage crumbles!!!
