I have been here two times now and sat in the patio area. The food here is pretty good but the service hasn’t been great. We sat there for a while before we were acknowledged, and then sat waiting for boxes and a check for a long time before my husband finally got up and went to the bar to ask. The kitchen staff that delivered our food was the friendliest person we encountered. The roasted corn dip appetizer is life changing. Wings and burgers are good.
Stopped in while staying close by while working in the area. Great vibe on a week night dinner. Ordered the special that day and was very happy with the meal and service.
A great tavern on Rt.6 by Rt.91 in Willoughby Hills. Small but filled with good vibes, good beers/drinks and good food. Wedding Soup was loaded, chicken wings with dry rub were crispy and deeply seasoned, onion rings outstanding and tater tots crisp and ready to dip. Stop if you're looking for a casual and a relaxing atmosphere. The guy and lady behind the bar were friendly and knew many of the folks who walked in which means its such a popular tavern.
Sat at the bar. We got beers quickly, but had to ask for dinner menus (after 5-10 minutes). The chicken nachos were cold…you can see the cheese wasn’t melted and this resulted in “loose” toppings. I would have sent them back just to get them heated up but my bf didnt want me to make a fuss.
Had a great meal here. Plenty of choices on the menu, and quality food. The place is older so the inside could use a refresh, but it wasn't terrible
We got there when they opened at 11:00. There were six of us. Another table had a couple there. I don't know if there were any people on the inside. It took 55 minutes for us to get our lunch. They charged me an extra $.75 for mayonnaise but didn't charge my friend an additional charge for extra dressing for her sandwich. They charged me $5.50 for an up charge for eight onion rings. My friend got a whole basket of french fries for $3.50. We do a monthly lunch. Generally there are 12 of us. Based on today's experience we decided that we will not go back.
Horrible, the service was slow, the salad was wilted, burger wasn't cooked right I spent over $70 and it was the worst experience. My first time and last time. Tried reaching out to management. No response.
Melissa, alton and the staff is absolutely horrible. Asked to speak to the owner and he is "sick". Told me to come to the establishment alone before they open to give me back money for my horrible experience.
I can't make this up if I tried. I have never in my life ever felt so disappointed, disrespected. This place is so sketchy.
I have had food at the Wright Place before, but didn't this day. I just went for drinks at the bar. It was busy but had great service at the bar.
