Today, I purchased two lip glosses from the store. Upon returning home, I discovered that the protective seals on both items were broken. I immediately contacted the store and was informed that I could not exchange the products for sealed ones. Additionally, I was told that it is common for customers to buy lip glosses with broken seals and that it is our responsibility to check before purchasing.
If broken seals are a known issue, it would be helpful if store staff checked items before they are sold. As a customer, I did not anticipate needing to inspect the packaging, trusting that the products would be in their original, untampered state. It is disappointing that I am unable to use the products as purchased, and I am further frustrated that an exchange for untampered items is not permitted.
This store has a plethora of products. What's lacking is the sales clerks knowledge of their inventory. In addition, I felt one of the girls working the counter was rude and dismissive. Also, the prices of the hair that is being sold is too expensive for the quality you are receiving. Terrible! Do yourself a favor and order your hair from Amazon.
I wanted to like this store as it seems to be the only one in the area that has a large range of products in stock. Sadly, I found that most of the items were overpriced in comparison to stores like Target & even Sally’s for the same products. I had to confirm this myself through online price checks at the register as there were no visible price tags on ANY of the items which is likely to be intentional. I was shocked to hear $7-$8 items be marked at $10.99 and above at this location.
Great place and customer service. I always come here to buy hair for braids, oils, and conditioners. They always have a huge selection! Prices are comparable to Amazon for hair and clip in extensions which come in various colors, lengths, textures and band sizes. Wigs and barber supplies are too pricey, but it's a good place overall.
Wow is has so many products ????. You can basically find anything your looking for. Hair extensions hair die nails gloves the list gos on very clean. They have a very knowledgeable staff.
Great place. Needs to remain open until 8pm instead of 7pm. I bet they can make more money as they are always packed! Opening a few hours on sunday would be super helpful to clients as well.
Have great variety of hair price point fair great with giving licensed stylist discounts go there often sebdcmy clients there as well

This is my first- and last-time visiting WOW Beauty. I stopped in earlier this afternoon after work with my mom, who, was looking to find a certain product for her hair in-store because she was tired of ordering online. I was excited to finally see a large selection of hair and beauty products that celebrate diversity in hair textures and skin tones, but I was immediately put off by two associates. The first associate, Asian/Asian descent with Smurf blue hair, quickly strode forward and aggressively asked if I needed help with finding anything when my feet were barely past the turnstile at the store entrance. I responded with a ''no thank you'' and went on my way. She then proceeded to follow me up and down the aisles, which are very narrow, in addition to blocking my way in to looking at more products. This same associate then decided to get her coworker, black/African American with glasses, in to following me around as well. I had actually heard their conversation about ''bad customers/bad energy'' because they stood outside of their OPEN staff room door, which is next to the kid's hair accessories- where I had moved to look at because their game of pretending to put away merchandise while following me around was getting REALLY old. It wasn't until my mom had gone to the cash wrap where the blue-haired woman, still pretending to do a work task, had finally gotten out of being up my backside.
These two associates' behavior was unprofessional and distasteful. Retail training and its rules may have changed, and vary across the different types of merchandise, but a first impression is usually what someone will always remember. Not everyone who walks in is going to take advantage and or steal. Should you expect a repeat offender, please refer to your store cameras and your Loss Prevention team, WOW Beauty. DO BETTER.
