They have what I need but I have had similar experiences like the other reviewers. There aren’t prices on items and they don’t give you a proper receipt of what you bought. Most of the time it is just a receipt with your total on it. When I have gotten a normal receipt it has added items on it that I did not purchase. At first I thought it might have been an accident but it has happened multiple times or the total is way higher than what it should have been. I go there 2/3 times a year if I’m in a hurry and not able to purchase from Amazon or other beauty supplies. If I do need to go there I will start purchasing everything separately so I can keep track of what’s happening.
It’s sad and disappointing what people will do for extra money. Hopefully, they will adjust and realize they are in business because of their customers. If not they will be out of business????

*The first two have salons inside for hair services. I have gotten a big chop at Shamilah’s salon and my sister has gotten her blowouts done there. Ask for Kelly Wood. I don’t remember if the 3rd store has a salon inside. Hope this was helpful????
They have a lot of good products and it’s fully stocked but most of the items are not priced and they will not give you a receipt on purpose, so always make sure to ask for your receipt.
Horrible customer service, rip off, some products have no price , owner attitude is horrible, she gets mad and outrageous,,, she forgets she lives in United States . I would not recommend this shop to anyone. I live a block away but I will drive to DTLA if I need something and I won’t my foot in this store…
Frauds. Every single employee at this location. The girl that helped me traded out my purchase and gave me something completely different knowing I wouldn’t know till I got home. Now they refuse to take my calls. I’m reporting this company to the better Buisness bureau after I stop payment with my bank.
The wigs are $500 for human hair that feels synthetic and they are final sale. They also have wigs all over the store that aren’t for sale, which is confusing. But the kicker is you aren’t allowed to try any wig on. Who is going to spend $500 on a wig they can’t try on? The sales associate was in a decent mood but didn’t really want to help. I asked for a specific color and she said “it’s kinda hard to find.” Instead of going back there to look.

I love this place! They have just about everything.
The people in there do not want to honor the discount card they created years ago. If you spend 300 dollars over time you get a 10.00 off alert. You can usually check to see if you are near that amount so you can atleast try to split your purchases up a bit to use your discount. Now they are trying to say there is no way to track it so they do not know how close you are. SMH. Tell me how am I gonna know from previous purchases if I have gained the discount if they can no longer track it? Not shopping there no more!! O feel a little cheated!
