Amazing from start to finish. When I got there I was greeted by someone very nice! I was feeling really horrible. Dr. Greg and the Nurse were absolutely wonderful. I think what struck me the most is Dr. Greg's way of putting me at ease. He had a great sense of humor, excellent "bed side manner," and very knowledgeable. He didn't make me feel like I needed to rush and hurry up. I'm 59 and have been to a few urgent care in my life, it's most definitely #1!! I truly say thank you to the team at this urgent care!!!!❤️❤️
Dropped in here with the oldest love nugget to get a physical for Wrestling in the public school system at the junior high level.
These guys were great we made an appointment online the lot of the paperwork online and even though we were not set to be seen until 1045 we arrived early and they got us in early.
Now it appears these guys were very short staff of people being out sick on their staff this week and they still did a fantastic job.
This place is nice new clean efficient everyone here is professional and very friendly.
I would highly recommend this place in a pinch and they did a super fast fantastic physical for my son.
Oh and their school physicals are only $25 which seems like a great price to her about the local community.
If I had four hands I’d give them four thumbs up but I don’t so I’m gonna give him a double thumbs up and a 10 out of 10 for just being great
I recently took a fall and my friends encouraged me to get checked out, as I was hurting!
I arrived earlier than my appointment, on a Friday, and the entire staff from check in to evaluation to X-rays was excellent. I also got in earlier, soon after I arrived.
I also pay out of pocket, as I recently retired. The prices were more than reasonable.
Terrible Terrible service! Both front desk women were beyond rude and nasty. It Says right on the door they do x-rays very clearly.
I had a rear- end collision and they absolutely would not see me for just a check. I asked multiple times if I could just be checked out and referred to a chiropractor or to get a medical massage due to the pain. Just needing a visit for insurance purposes. I was told the doctor is refusing to see me becuase he can’t do any kind of imaging. Even though on the door it clearly states x-ray imaging. Very rude people. If they don’t do imaging then I deserve an explanation as to why? I’m not able to be checked for whiplash or for headache? Don’t go, waste of time.
My wife gets chronic migraines and when she’s taken her max amount of abortive drugs we have to come get a migraine cocktail. My sole complaint is that closing time is listed as 8pm but there doors are locked before that. If last appointments are prior to that it should be listed. We arrived 20 minutes before closing and they had already locked the doors. It seems disingenuous to list your hours until 8pm and not take appointments until that time.
Two days ago, I visited Worthington Urgent Care due to an ear canal infection and paid $135 for the consultation. The doctor prescribed ear drops, which I used as directed for two days, but unfortunately, my condition showed no improvement.
When I called to request antibiotics, they informed me that I would need to pay another $135 for a follow-up visit. This seemed unreasonable, so I consulted another doctor from a different urgent care center. They confirmed that typically, a follow-up should not incur an additional charge.
Despite this, when I called Worthington Urgent Care again to discuss the issue, they stood by their policy of charging for follow-up visits. I find this policy unfair and unhelpful, especially since the initial treatment was ineffective.
I do not recommend Worthington Urgent Care. If you're looking for medical care, I suggest seeking out other facilities that provide better service and value for your money.
Clean , fast service, very knowledgeable doctors. The do take insurance most have a co pay tho.
Quick, thorough, kind, responsive and considerate. Best urgent care experience I’ve had.
