Best WLM Reviews

This was a really nice place to stay! The rooms were clean and spacious. We stayed in a 6 person condo and it was great. They have a pool and hot tub that are heated. The landscaping is very beautiful. Would stay here again.
The only downside was we could hear our neighbors when they came back in the early morning and we could hear someone above us walking around most of the night. So pack some earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.
We always appreciate having a condo and a full kitchen. The staff is friendly, but there’s always the high pressure sales atmosphere, where the hospitality involves time share sales pitches, which, frankly, are interruptions in a vacation.
The mattresses and toiletries are great. There is no elevator in the 3 story buildings, which besides violating the ADA law, makes a first floor accommodation mandatory, not to mention making lugging suitcases up and down three flights. Not cool. (Note: we prefer a high floor. We were offered a first floor, but that is not the correct solution. An elevator is the solution, and complies with federal law.)
Also this internet connection is very unstable and disconnects frequently. Very frustrating and unacceptable when paying owners expect the services they pay for.
We most likely will go back to Desert Retreat, which is less invasive and closer to many places we go.
This is NOT a RESORT. This is a cheap apartment complex that they slapped the title "resort" on. Do not waste your timeshare points on this; just go stay on the strip. There are no elevators, so have fun hauling your bags up flights of outdoor stairs. There is a mediocre pool and a small hot tub that is caged-in, but that is where the resemblance to a resort stops. Also, the neighborhood is not great. My significant other and I went to a Walgreens just a block away or so and encountered multiple crackheads. Despite this, the "resort" is wide open. Anyone can come or go. No front gate. Lastly, the AC caps out at 68 degrees, but there is no air circulation or fans in the rooms so it does not feel anywhere near 68 degrees. I expected more for 160k timeshare points plus tax and fees. The only shining point was that the staff are nice, speedy, and accommodating.
Fantastic Stay with One Minor Noise Issue
This was our third time staying at WorldMark Tropicana since we purchased our points-based timeshare in August, and once again, we were overall very pleased. The staff at the front desk were absolutely phenomenal and helpful, making check-in a breeze and offering great local recommendations. The amenities here are top-notch, from the small but well-equipped gym to the game room and, of course, the pool and hot tub, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Having an in-room washer and dryer was a huge plus, making our stay feel even more like home.
One small critique: while our first stay was quiet and peaceful (we were one of just a few guests there), the last two visits, including this one, had some noise issues. We were woken up early in the mornings by children running around in the unit above us. On vacation in Las Vegas, we’d prefer to sleep in a bit longer, and the trampling sounds were quite disruptive. It would be great if there was more attention to room placements, perhaps keeping families with children on lower floors to avoid disturbing those below.
Despite this, we will absolutely return. The overall experience, great staff, and amenities keep us coming back!
Avoid the front desk after 6pm. The staff is young and knows nothing about customer service. Two different times I had issues, even with something as simple as purchasing a drink in the lobby. This is a 5 star resort and the level of service should be reflected in the price I pay.

This property is well kept as our most of the Worldmark properties. It has all the amenities that you would need for a longer term stay. It has a great kitchen and a very comfortable bed. The pool was lovely. The staff are extremely accommodating and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here.
Great location and staff were nice. Rooms were a little meh. The tubs didn't hold water very well.. and there weren't any cleaning supplies for doing dishes.
We enjoyed our stay at the WorldMark Tropicana in Las Vegas. The staff was very helpful and our suite was beautiful and spacious. It was great to have a free shuttle to the grocery store and to the Las Vegas strip. The drivers were very nice and gave us lots of information.
