Best WLM Reviews

Zero stars should be an option! I’m a worldmark timeshare owner and I’ve been staying at this resort for years. I even purchased my timeshare through this resort. Unfortunately, I will never stay at this resort again! Our condo was robbed while we were out. The staff did nothing to comfort us or try to make it right. They wouldn’t put us in another room or change our key cards to keep us safe. It was definitely an inside job! You would think that they would do more to make their owners feel safe!
Timeshare experience was TERRIBLE, Kristal and Dustin were harassing us. We told them that if the informational wasn’t over 2 1/2 hours they would have sold us 1 hour ago. It began to be to much, way to much anxiety and pressure and we opted out!! Dustin and Kristal continued to pressure us! Asking us WHY AND WHY AND WHY!!! Please if you looking to book a time share DO NOT SPEAK WITH THESE PEOPLE. Ariel (whom i believe was a manager) she was amazing! She helped us lot towards the end, very comforting! Got us in and out. Overall terrible experience! To intense, they force you to buy a product you don’t want anymore. Everything sucked!
Owner of the timeshare, my expectations are high for the prices we pay. Ice maker did not work, fire place did not work. Rooms need to be updated with usb ports available in the bed rooms. Room was missing the radio that is usually in the rooms. But I do have to say after staying here for 7 years in a row the bed was decent for once.
1st time staying at this resort. It was very close to I-15, so it was easy to get wherever I needed quickly. I stayed in a 1 bedroom unit, which was perfect for my stay. I had a full kitchen. King in the bedroom, and it also had a Murphy bed in the living area. The pool was huge and also the hot tub. The exercise facilities were great also. The lazy river was also fun. Lots of space to sit and relax. The unit also had a nice balcony. I. I can't wait to come back.
Our first experience, checking in at the main desk was excellent....quick, accurate, etc. Then you have to move over to the Customer Service desk to get your room keys. This is also where they sign you up for a WM/Wyndham "Owner Update." And as is the usual, it is very very little owner update, but mostly sales pressure to buy more credits. Our 60-minute program turned into 90 minutes and were faced with 4 different sales people that all tried their best to talk us into buying more credits. Ugh! They just won't take NO for an answer. Our room was okay, but many things wrong or broken..... the ice machine didn't work at all, the can opener didn't work, the dishwasher only worked properly on some of the settings, one of the upper kitchen cabinets was hanging by one hinge, and we only had enough toilet paper & coffee filters for 3 days. The main desk was always very accommodating to supply/fix these needs, but you wouldn't think you would need to ask. Also, never turn off your TV....it goes thru about 6 advertisement channels every time you turn it on. Oh, this was also our grandson's 10th birthday week and he chose this location because of the Lazy River. Well, we received an email a week before our arrival telling us the Lazy River was broken & drained for repairs....the large hot tub adjacent to it was also roped off from use, and most of the swimming pools were not heated as advertised. Pretty disappointing! One of the worst WorldMark experiences we've had and we've been owners since 1997. We probably won't be back!!!
Depending on what room you get, it can either be beautiful and new, or outdated. Even the ones that need an update are nice. There's no view here other than an Amazon shipping yard. However, there are many things to enjoy. The multuple pools are great, hot tubs are hot, and the staff is top tier. Anything you need they are on it. Even the new employees are well trained and eager to help.
Gabriel Chavez & CeCe are the most awesome member services folks! Extremely kind and customer service above average. Same with the young lady (dark hair) at the check-in counter and the older gentleman (kind chocolate man) at the front door helping people get to where they need to go. The rooms are clean, stocked, and perfectly located. ????
20/10 recommend this place.
This my second stay at this resort. We chose it this time because we were traveling with our youngest grandkids: ages 5.5 and two who are almost 3. We had two 2 brdrm units. The units themselves were adequate for our needs. The beds were comfortable, and they were stocked with the utensils, dishes, linens, and necessary appliances. Things were fairly clean. The exception were the decks. Our feet got terribly dirty! Everything seems a bit “tired and old”. But nothing that distracted from our good time. The staff was accommodating but you have to expect the time share pitch will be attempted. The best features are the pools! We like this resort because it has lovely pools that are close to the rooms. The actual kid pool was closed but the lazy river and large pools were open and clean. We spent most of our time at one of the smaller pools because it is shaded and quiet. The kids had a blast swimming all day. The location is fine. Very close to a mall with shopping and many food choices. A shuttle to the strip makes regular trips. Parking is great so a car works, too. Ubers were generally about $30-$40 per trip. By the way, don’t try to take home a pool towel, they are chipped and you will be charged if towels are not returned! Fitness center is well equipped but busy in the mornings. Overall, a great family place.
