The room was not to bad,it was clean,no funky smells,and was quiet. My only complaint would be the shower head kind of sucked though the massage feature on the shower head was kind of nice for my back. Also for me the bed was hard as a rock did not feel comfortable. The staff that we met were friendly and helpful. I'm sure my family will stay here again in the future.
Very old.. the room we had didn't look anything like the picture online. Our bathroom was super small. I think the whole one bedroom was about 500 sq ft at best. The kitchen appliances were super old and scratched up a lot! Oh, and they w/d were removed, which was a bummer, could have used that this time around. The bed was comfortable, though. The tub was completely clogged with old, long hair... however, the staff took care of it right away. We really liked the staff, and the grounds were mature and well kept. Close to Disneyland and the tram parking. However, I don't think I would seek this place out, though, for my next stay.
This is the must stay at for Disneyland Park trips! You’re only 10-min walk from Toy Story Parking Lot which has the security check prior to bus ride and allows you to bypass long security lines at park!!
This is definition of don’t judge a book by its cover!! The exterior looks very dated and needs updating but when we got to our room we were very surprised. We had a standard 2-bed condo and we could tell it had recent renovations and was very clean. The unit felt very spacious for our family of 4. The resort grounds are meticulously maintained and clean. We would choose this resort over and over if we decide to come back to Anaheim.
The staff was very helpful and corrected any issue promptly. We requested ground unit due to a recent knee surgery and they accommodated our request.
The resort feels very safe as it’s gated and has security 24/7.
Only negatives was one bathroom in our unit and rooms felt humid in room at first until we pumped AC for about 30 minutes. The humidity is from lack of central AC. Each room has a separate AC wall unit that does adequately cool the condo.
Is this the best Wyndham/Worldmark Resort? No. But is it the best for a trip to Anaheim or Disneyland? Absolutely!
Confined parking, floor in the room was bubbled up everywhere and the dishwasher was moldy. Staff was great! Mini golf on site 2 hot tubs but the jets in one were not working, pool was nice. Very small arcade. When we booked the room it made it seem as though it was close to the beach but upon looking at the location on Google maps it was nowhere near the beach. It is very close to Disneyland though. The traffic in California is ridiculous! It takes about 45 minutes to drive 13 miles!
What an absolutely wonderful location just a bit away from Disneyland. Being within walking distance of the Toy Story parking lot is an absolute game changer for park days. We will absolutely be back as it provided a mix of relaxing pool days with park days at Disneyland! Would just love to just give a shout out to the amazing concierge text message service!
This place used to be apartments so it’s kind of tucked in an area around other appartments. Most of the rooms have gross balcony views. It’s close to Disney and other things, but it’s definitely on the lower end of timeshare living.
We had a 1 bedroom, and it smelled like mildew and was stuffy the whole time, even with the AC and fans on. We stayed in September so it’s not like it was that hot or humid outside. This place is fine if you’re on a smaller budget kind of stay.
So I called at 10 am to see if we could get an early check in and the staff told us to just come in and they will see if they have any room’s available. We came in half hour later and checked in at the desk and they told us that it would take 2 hrs at least for the maids to clean and they would give us a call. So here comes. 3 hours later and we decides to check and see what the status was and they told us they were about to have it ready . Still no call back and now it’s 4 pm regular check in time and finally we were able to check in . If they were not able to check us in early they should have let us know . We sat in parking lot for hours waiting for a call and no call. So if you plan on checking in early then don’t believe them.
Nice resort but unfortunately we have been given one of the few rooms which overlooks a busy and noisy road, resulting in being woken by traffic at 4am. We have asked to move rooms, as most other rooms overlook nice quiet areas of the resort, but have been told that this is not possible as the resort is full. So we are stuck with a room where we cannot sleep properly.
