We come here every year and love this place! This year it snowed and the staff worked so hard and fast to chest the rink for us to be able to ice skate! Accommodated us in the game room and a few free beers while we waited! Thank you Ben, Sarah and Carl for the best service. Special thanks to the worker who cleared the rink!
The guest service person was very aggressive trying to get me to me with sales.
I told him multiple times I was not interested and meeting with anyone to discuss our membership. He would not stop so finally I just walked out. It's so frustrating to be treated like that especially as a long time member. I love the faculties and the location but I dread checking in every time I go to bend so we rarely vacation there anymore
Marcos at the concierge desk is fantastic. We live nearby and frequently have friends and family stay at the resort. So grateful for the incredible staff and Marcos especially!
The concierges service made it seem like I had won a prize but it was in fact just attending a meeting. After ten minutes of going on about a prize they then charged my credit card for a meeting deposit. I let them know I did not think I could attend but still felt pressured and they told me I could call, cancel, and be refunded. Upon returning to my room, I immediately let them know I would not be attending and to refund my money please, something I was assured they would do as I was unsure at the time. I have called three times and asked to speak to the manager to receive my money back but never received a call back. Twice when I called, I asked specifically not to be transferred to talk to the concierge as I did not feel comfortable after what happened and I was told only the concierge could handle it. Two months later and I still have not received a refund or call from the manager. I would caution anyone from going here.
We originally booked The Inn of the 7th Mountain because of the price, kitchen, and other amenities like mini golf, tennis and a pool. ||After checking in, we were directed to a “concierge.” This turned out to be the start of a sales pitch for their timeshare. They force you to pay $40 and only give you a refund if you show up at a directed time to listen to their 90 minute presentation. We were very turned off by the sales pitch and thought it was sneaky. ||When we pulled down the comforter, we found stains on the sheets. (The bed also felt pretty old.) Thankfully, there was a Murphy bed with extra sheets we could use. The soaps/shampoos in the bathroom were attached to the wall in the shower , but there was only conditioner, no soap or shampoo. We were so turned off by the lobby staff, we didn’t want to ask for replacements. ||The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, snd the tennis courts and fitness room were nice. ||We were so turned off by the deceptive check-in process turned into sales pitch, we’ll stay someplace else next time in Bend.

Spent a 4 day weekend with our daughter and son in law. A golf course buts right up to this resort. And other courses within an hour. Lots of fun, onsite, family activities. Disk golf, lots of walking and biking trails. The putt, putt golf is fun, although the course has been badly treated by guests we still enjoyed it, and the pool was the place to be. I'm sure there were other activities, but this is all we did.
Another great experience for our family. We have stayed here three times now. Twice during the ski season with easy access to the mountain.
