I've been staying at this resort since it was new. Great location, always wonderful service. Nit happy about the new charge for parking which they didn't have for years!! Also, they have always had issues with the elevator service. Almost always one is "out of service".
The small store/coffee shop on site is convenient.
The location and parking was a bit confusing to find. The location was in the center of town. It is also a beautiful timeshare. The staff was amazing. I had to call down and they mentioned i would need to go get a down comforter but after mentioning I had a foot injury, they brougbt them up to me in about 2 minutes. They also gave me extra coffee for the room. We enjoyed our stay.
Great location with shuttle to Disney, but also within reasonable walking distance if you don't want the shuttle. Can walk to Gardenwalk center if you need to shop or eat outside the park. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the market has a great selection of food and drink. You can see fireworks from many of the little room balconies.
Had such a great trip to Disneyland. Hotel was nice and close. The room was nice and comfortable. Can't wait till next year.
The hotel is conveniently located just a short distance from Disneyland. The staff was warm and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, reflecting a high standard of cleanliness.
Pros: Staff was always friendly and helpful! Rooms clean and beds comfortable. Great location, close to Disney. We walked every day. Workout room had enough equipment to get a solid workout in. Easy Uber pickup and drop-off point. Neighborhood clean and safe. Very few homeless people.
Cons: We were on the 2nd floor next to the very busy road, so there was a lot of street noise, that would wake us all night. There is construction going on, that woke us up every morning. Earplugs are not available/offered. We were tired every day from lack of sleep. If we wanted clean linens/towels, we would have needed to take them to the front desk and exchange for clean ones. Coffee shop very expensive. There's a Coffee Bean a couple of blocks away.
Overall: I would definitely stay again, but would request a room away from the road and on a higher floor.

We Absolutely LOVED our stay here at this property. We got their at about 6:00pm and got checked in right away the staff was very very nice and super friendly shout out to the Worldmark Anaheim Team they were the best. We also got a small upgrade so first of a we were VIP Members and they said we could go to up to the 13th floor they got us checked into room 1308 It was a 1 bedroom condo which is what we booked. The room was very nice and clean, there wasn't a detail out of place from what I saw. We had an amazing view of the Pool and of Disneyland It was also perfect to watch the fireworks at night. There was a full kitchen and living area with a dining table and obviously the Bedroom and the bathroom. The smell in the room was also very nice. Overall very nice room we stayed in. I would definitely stay here again I really recommend it for families even big ones they have bigger rooms like 2 Bedrooms 3 Bedrooms and Even 4 Bedroom Penthouses. 5 out of 5 star hotel in my opinion.
