5 stars is for the espresso and service. I don’t know about the baked goods however the espresso was particularly good unexpected for an airport coffee shop.
They have fruits and an associated papier and snack place.
They were not open on time. Says they open at 4am, but they dont open till 5, I was there at 4:55 and they walked by saying "we're not open yet". I spoke my mind about it being unacceptable customer service and the lady finally helped me out and was very helpful. Maybe it's just NY treatment, but I wouldnt have come back here if this was a place I regularly got breakfast/coffee/smoothie at.
Coffee tasted bad but the worst part was the service. This lady was super rude. I asked I they had oatmilk and she got all mad she said hurry up we have everything just ask for it. I asked for oatmilk and she gave me almondmilk. I went back to get a new drink and she said these people need to open their mouths when they talk.
She also said she was ready to kill somebody.

This place is horrible. The lady with a accent and big teeth it's extremely rude and doesn't deserve to work anywhere. As i was looking at the menu she told me to walk away bc "i was in the way". the workers are so rude. food is trash and old. Muffins trash. its all trash. That worker needs to be fired and put into a mental hospital. She's extremely mean. her & the black worker. I feel so offended and i dont think anyone should ever think its ok to treat customers that way. They told another couple the same thing they said to me that "we're in the way". We were just looking at the menu. ! overpriced & disrespectful.
You know…. Almost every hot chocolate I have ordered for the past 10 years has been watery. Dilletante, Starbucks, Sunrise, Coffee Bean and tea leaf, etc…every. single. one. I kept hoping.
I’m at the far end of Terminal C at LaGuardia and here’s a little shop “World Bean” and I finally got a creamy, chocolatey, well balanced hot chocolate!!! Huzzah!
Also - if I’m ever here again I want to try their drink “Hot Latin Lover” which is espresso and steamed Horchata and chocolate sprinkles. Sounds delish!!
The staff apparently doesn't like anyone to buy their coffee. Not only did they seem completely uninterested in serving me when I approached but then the incredibly rude woman behind the counter said it was "so messed up" when I said I was going to let my son try my latte. It's a good thing there are a handful of other places to get coffee. I cancelled my order and went elsewhere which is what I suggest to anyone else considering this terrible place.
Tried it out at 4:45am because when it’s that early you’ve gotta have some coffee, right?
The lines were super confusing - no direction on where to go/order/pay. Went to a separate counter and ordered a chai - was asked to go to a separate, longer line to pay then come back. the woman at that register was so incredibly rude. No greeting, and was raising her voice for me to get my receipt. Very unpleasant experience and not a great way to be treated when you’re half awake.
Advised to try a different World Bean, if desperate. Be prepared to pay $4+ for a drip coffee but that is the airport norm (I think).

Coffee was mediocre. Customer service was terrible. Went to back counter to place order, was asked what I wanted, told her my first order, printed out bill before I could order my next drink. I received a big sigh and eye roll before being asked "what else do you want?". Placed my next order then immediately was sarcastically asked "can you go pay now?" Took bill to the register at the front, then came back to pickup drinks. Drinks were placed in a different area instead of the pick up counter I was standing at.
