Horrible first experience I will never be back! We were told upon arrival that the DIRECTV was not working and that they were out of beer cheese. Disappointed, but it was fine. Everything was going great until I ordered a salad, then they came and said they ran out of spring mix. Then I ordered quesadillas and they came and said they ran out of tortillas. THERE IS A COSTCO NEXT DOOR. Why wouldn’t they go get the essential items if it is needed. THEN, I had to use the restroom. And there are no words to describe the nastiness. I have included pictures of the women and men’s restrooms. I can only imagine how the kitchen looks. Complete waste of money.
Overall, a terrible experience. The service was terrible, and the food was disgusting. I frequent the World Of Beer in Cypress, TX, and never have any issues. I love that location. This location, however, has a sign that states “please wait to be seated,” and you will stay there for over 20-30 minutes minimum before anyone approaches you to be seated. Once seated, you will wait over 20 minutes before your drink order is taken, then another 20 minutes waiting for your drinks. Want to order food? Good luck getting your order taken within the first hour of being there. The restaurant was relatively empty. All the tables were dirty, and during the two hours I was there, nobody came out to clean tables and pick up dirty dishes. I watched as people repeatedly walked out due to frustration. Whoever manages this location should be ashamed of themselves. They clearly have no previous experience managing anything. Terrible location. Would not recommend.
If you are looking for a fun place to get a beer & maybe an appetizer, this is a good place. Lots of different beers on tap & fun atmosphere. If you want an actual meal, go somewhere else. The price does not match the quality of food. I ordered at $15 burger that was overcooked, dry, barely any cheese (4 tiny pieces of blue cheese on a blue cheese burger), & the tiniest bit of mayo. My husband ordered 2 of the different appetizer tacos & were described as adequate. Plus, it took 30+ mins once the food was ordered. Disappointed in the food, but the beer was good.
We just have about the WORST experience we’ve ever had at a restaurant. We came in and waited at the host stand for about 2 minutes, which doesn’t sound long but really is when you are just standing there being stared at. We finally sat at a table and waited about 10 minutes while the servers just looked at us, it was not busy there were maybe 3 other tables. Finally I went to the bar and got us a beer, I needed to change my baby so I went to the women’s restroom where there was no baby changer, absolutely ridiculous. I took her to the car to change. We planned to have dinner watch the game and our friends meet us here. We waited and thought we’d have one more beer and MAYBE a server would acknowledge us, but they did not they all just looked at us and kept going. My husband got one beer at the bar, we left and met our friends elsewhere. Absolutely ridiculous. I feel like we were treated like this because we had a baby and that is ASININE. We will not be back and I will tell anyone I know especially friends with children not to step foot in this place. This used to be one of our favorite places so this is a really sad day for us.

Overall this is a descent spot to grab a beer and some food. Don’t expect to have many craft beers from all over. Was a bit disappointed in this fact. Food is over priced.
The pretzel we had was good. But for almost 15 dollars for a pretzel you would expect a descent amount of beer cheese. This place tries to be hipster with below average service and above average prices.
Fast friendly service. Large selection of beer and spirits. The food is pretty good also. Pitcher beer is priced just right. Nice outside seating area also. Nice place. Low key, clean and not grungy. Great spot, give a try. Shopping around here is very good also.
The waiter was very friendly and the food was delicious! They are asking that you order more than beer during this time.
They were out of a few things, but understandable.
We had the black and blue Flatbread. They were out of the blue cheese, but it was still delicious!

First time to eat here ...I wish I would've taken a picture of the food as it was Very good but I was ready to eat... the mimosas are the best! I will be back and take pictures of the delicious food they have! Stop by if you haven't been ... you won't regret it!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️????????
