Great experience overall! We were greeted immediately upon entering and I love that you get to seat yourself! The customer service was great there was only one waitress and she was very quick and tentative considering she had more than five tables to serve plus folks at the bar! Overall the food was good but my chipotle chicken sandwich needed more seasoning in my opinion it was very bland, the shrimp tacos were very good and the burger with bacon was very good as well! Definitely recommend!
First few times I came here the food wasn’t the greatest but I decided to try it one more time and my pepperoni pizza was amazing. I ordered a side of house made chips and they were great and crunchy. The wings were great just spicy and the burgers are pretty good. The best thing on the menu is the Parmesan truffle fries. They’re so good with lots of flavor. Our server Morgan was amazing and sweet. Morgan seemed like she was the only waitress running around doing her job… Overall, Morgan is one of the best servers at this restaurant!
I enjoyed the Tuscaloosa Christmas Parade on UBlvd. Ordered dinner, fried shrimp with a little sweet heat in my sauce. I also had a margarita that finished the meal off. The food was good and my waiter was also. The tacos are still my favorite! Next to Government Plaza so enjoy it while visiting.
Mixed review...there was an unexpected event (good for community service) so we sat at the bar. Started good considering it was pretty busy. We were just there to have a couple of cold ones to try taps we hadn't tried before. The band wasn't horrible and the atmosphere was fun. We had to call our bartender over even though we were obviously empty, no prob, she was obviously a lead directing others. But, after the event, and the place cleared, she got into a conversation with a patron and just flat ignored us...not good. So we flagged down a guy and got our closing order. He did a GREAT job! He made a perfect Black Velvet, so good, in fact, we pulled out an extra 4 bucks for a tip on a $6 drink. Unfortunately (for us), they share tips, so it went directly to the jar. But he was very appreciative and finished out our experience on a positive note and earned back ???????? . Started at 3-4, dropped to 2 and finished at a 4. Good prices, nice atmosphere, great variety, mixed service.
Excellent service. Despite the crowd the food was at the table faster than any other restaurants I have been. Everyone were polite. The food was amazing. We tried like 7 dishes as a group and everything was great. No complaints. Their choice of music inside was also excellent. On the whole it is a good place for good food, and to connect with people.
Not only did I tip my waitress $17 in cash, but also another $30 on my card bc I thought she did really well. However, I was told by a different employee that I need not speak poorly of my waitress, as I was on the way out. I literally had nothing negative to say about my experience in general until I was confronted with this request. I was literally dumbfounded at this point. As a business manager myself, I don’t think the company should have any problem(s) pulling up any and all of said footage. I really hope a manager or owner reaches out to me to make this right after reviewing the footage, bc this is just wild!! Sure mental heath can get the best of Al of us, but please don’t hold a customer to being the bearer of that circumstance!
Beer selection is extensive. With Abiut 50 beers on tap. There are also a great variety of bottled beers. They have pitchers of beer, flights, 2.5oz, pints etc. if you like sports they have 15 tvs through the restaurant and a bar that seats about 20. I recommend the wings. I chose Buffalo but they also have dry rub, garlic Parmesan, sweet Fire, hot honey barbq, and Korean spicy (Gochujang). The day we were they they were short staffed and had a limited menu but the food was prepared well and seasoned correctly.
I absolutely love this place but today I placed a togo order for a few items including a $14 spinach dip. I received a cup a 1/4 of the way full. The portion received I wouldn’t pay more than $5 for. Tried to call the store just to let somebody know for future reference, didn’t even want a refund, and I was sent to voicemail multiple times. After 20 minutes of calling I gave up. The tiny portion was tasty but an absolute waste of money. Better to dine in (especially sitting at the bar), probably will never order togo again!!
