My daughter asked for french nails, which in my experience, has always been pink and white dip. The tech put a white tip on and called it french. It was hideous and the white part was super thick. She kept blaming my daughter saying she was just trying to save us $$ and had asked her if the white tip was Ok. Obviously my daughter didn’t understand and said OK. i was in a pedicure chair so I wasn’t there to see. When we told her we weren’t happy with it and to just paint it, she just threw a gel color on there (looked nothing like the light pink she had decided on) and left the nails looking a mess from the tip. I like this salon for pedicures but I definitely won’t be taking my daughters back for nail services. It’s too expensive to just settle for what they want to give you because they’re in a hurry to move on to the next customer
I have been coming here for years. Every time we come in no matter how much time has passed they always remember me and treat me with kindness. Best nail salon in DFW ♥️♥️
I really wanted to like it as it’s so close to home. I hope this review saves someone their money ????????♀️ The quality and service was way below average.
I wanted simple French nails. The mess she put on my hands and wanted me to be okay with was sad. I had to keep telling her to fix them over and over, as I was not going to pay for something that was done so messy. When we finally got something decent enough... I pay and leave and my nails start chipping in two days ???? I got GEL! That’s never happened before. Normally gel polish last me 2-3 weeks.
This is my 6th time coming to this nail salon No one could ever get my nail right due to my nail bits being wide Cindy, Anna and Kim chi are hands down the best I walk in with in inspo picture and they come out better thank you to my sister Lorena for telling me about this salon this girlys have become family and are very professional. Jenny is hands-down, the best to do pedicures these girls are amazing. And will accommodate your needs. Best part is my nails having never stayed on for over three weeks and I’ve had them on for six weeks. Love the service and they take there time

This was the dirtiest nail salon I’ve ever been in. Food sitting out, left over pedicure scrub I stepped in, nail clippings & dust on my pedicure seat they hadn’t cleaned, nasty trash can. Just DIRTY. No effort into cleaning up between customers. Awful experience.
Thank You for your service, my nails came out beautifully, very nice ladies, she gave me what I asked for and stayed late for me nor did she rush her work
People were very professional and welcoming. I was taken right in. Prices are posted so no surprise. I will definitely go back. Thanks Nancy and Jenny for the wonderful experience today.
