My friend and I had a meeting in East LA, and it was our first time in that mostly industrial area. We googled for food options, and this restaurant grabbed our attention. We ordered rice and lamb, chicken rolls, and the spicy sauce that came with them was delicious. We also tried the white pudding, which was excellent! The servers and owners were so welcoming and nice. I hope I have a chance to be in this area again to revisit this spot!
This is a great spot for delicious halal food, perfect for bringing the family. We tried several items on the menu, and everything tasted fantastic! The portions are generous and filling. Service was fast and friendly, and the food was bursting with flavor. Definitely worth the visit!
The food was delicious. I can't even begin to describe how great it is. But the plates are large in portions, so keep that in mind.
I did request a special Lebanese dish called kibbeh nayaa (raw meat), and the lovely Em Ali made it herself for us; she is such a sweet and kind lady to do a special dish for us, and im glad she did because it was exquisite it's my favorite dish and I had it everywhere but nothing compares to this one it is truly the best one I had.
But all the other food we had was amazing. If you're in California, it's a must; the restaurant is worth the drive.
During our vacation coming from Germany, we were driving through Los Angeles and searching for a halal restaurant. We found this and had great food and very friendly service.

Delicious halal food that hits the spot with a varied menu. Very nice customer service and a beautiful atmosphere. 10/10 recommend trying.
It's a BANGER!! Now and days with ridiculous prices for restaurants, I am taking my hard earned money to small business, mom and pop restaurants. The food is better and you get more bang for the buck then going to a large scale fast food restaurant. This place is amazing! Great food and great customer service and proportion size is equal to the dollar amount. The shawrama bowl was a huge highlight for me out of my 2-day binge at this place. I will be coming here again as a Mediterranean favorite when I am in the area.
The worst tacos I’ve ever had. I ordered chicken and asada tacos, and both were extremely dry. The asada tacos were a joke—completely flavorless and inedible. The chicken tacos came with just some onions and cilantro as toppings, which didn’t help at all.
I went up to the counter to ask for some sauce, hoping it might salvage the meal, only to find out they were charging $1.50 for a tiny 2oz cup. Ridiculous!
Overall, a terrible experience. I wouldn’t come back here even if the food were free.
Good food chops kinda small and sorta burnt but overall tasty, almost 30 min wait for my meal and the majority of the tables looked empty so idk whats up with the delay. Overall clean place and decent customer service.
