The delivery location is not my top choice due to the challenging check-in process. Unloading delays and congestion at the dock often occur as everyone is called in at the same time. Additionally, other drivers display a lack of consideration for one another, making it difficult to maneuver trucks with cars passing by. While I'm uncertain about overnight parking, the facility does offer restroom access and a vending machine.
Delivering to this place is an extremely awful experience.
They are only open for cooler/ frozen receiving from 3pm to 9pm. Most port cutoffs for pulling temp controlled units is 3:30pm. If you miss your appointment, you are screwed. If you try to reschedule an appointment, you are screwed. if show up after both the above occur.... yep, you guessed it. you are screwed.
Someone really needs to explain to this place the industry they are in, and their current SOP is... guessed it again... screwed.
100% do not recommend this place for shipping or receiving, they are extremely unorganized. They screwed up my delivery date so I had to go find somewhere to park. The docking lot is an absolute rat race, you’ll wait upwards of 20 minutes to get to your spot. Overall very extremely poor. Do better!!!
Not happy with my experience delivering to this facility. Don’t try to park on property even if you are 2-4 hrs early for your appointment because you will be booted off property. After leaving and coming back to wait in the line of trucks then waiting in the line of drivers- it was an hour and twenty seven minutes to get a door. Then another almost 2 hrs to be done with only having 5 pallets to deliver.
The younger bigger gentleman at the guard shack wasn’t very nice either.
No outside parking available!
No early entrance permitted!
No overnight permitted!
Depending of your load sometimes takes a lot of time!
Paper checks only for Lumper or cash, no cash machine in property or close!
Once you’re done, have to leave warehouse!
This probably 1 of the worst waiting period I had to do from I’ve been doing trucking. Had a 9:00 am appointment got a door at 1:58 pm left 3:30 pm. But must add that guards at the gate are friendly. ppl at the desk are super attentive answer your questions etc but seems like space in the warehouse is an issue I don’t know just an assumption.
Never see like this fastest facility. In and paperwork on hand like 35 mins. Overnight parking available
Very, very slow company, 8 am apt, got there at 7.30am and it is 1.30 pm now. Still waiting for the BOL. ... Wasting our time.. Stay away from this place if you can or have a ton of patience.
