I’ve been to Workfit in the past and did not have pleasant experiences. So to have to go again I was apprehensive.. after my recent visit and interaction with the front desk lady Shakira I would recommend this location to any one !! Her attentive demeanor, knowledge and customer service were A1 ! To say the least. I hope they appreciate her ! she does wonders for the business ! The back staff was pleasant as well … provider needs some work. But overall pleasant visit !
I will continue to go to use Workfit medical for all my contracts in business. Not only are they fast & efficient but they are all very kind people. The Manager Lindsay does a fantastic job and always has everything working seamlessly. I highly recommend you give them a try.
Am reading reviews while waiting for doctor and agreed with all of them except this time the Dr. was very friendly and helpful. I am at the Chili Ave. location. Other times Dr. was rude as nurse was, and acted like I was inconveniencing her . Will definitely check other options. If I could be guaranteed to get this Dr. every time I would consider continuing to come here but I am pretty certain that the turnover rate here is quite high. Has been the same story year after year. I think this is it for this place.
Bri did my bloodwork and it was a great experience. She’s very friendly and kind. I get nauseous but I didn’t feel the needle and it was super quick!
I recently had to get a simple drug test for a new job and they sent me here, and the older reviews I saw had me worried to say the least. Glad to say that when I went I was in and out very quickly and easily, everyone there was nice and kept things in order. Glad to see this place is getting better from what it used to be.
I came to get my blood drawn where i met the lovely front desk ladies and was helped immediately. I then got called back and met Kandice and Ebony who were so helpful and made sure i was comfortable.
There is a reason this place has such a low rating - very poor customer service. I'm HR and called to schedule a pre-employment physical and drug screen for a new hire and essentially just got the run around. Left a message for a call back and of course nothing and then called and was put on hold for 20 minutes after which I hung up and called Northern Star Medical and received great service there. Service matters!
