I felt I was profiled by the nurse who took my UA. No where in the policy and procedures does it says, another human being can sniff your urine and give there personal analysis. A visual speculation for certain particles and texture is understandable, but what if the person happens to sneeze, do anything that cause their own body fluids to enter your urine sample before sealing, would be tampering. And, demanding a strip search, then having a examiner watch you physically urinate is degrading and disrespectful...a experience similar to being in a police station. I even consented to a pat down, which was still degrading...You cost people their careers and detrement to their lives, especially if the damage is not self inflicted. Like present situations in the news that get escalated, people will say "Just comply", when you comply with the process, professionals in these fields don't have the authority to over step the boundaries in place for procedures and act unprofessional and when this happens there's proper channels to take to rectify the damage as well, and I hope anyone who has experienced this situation also, to follow the proper channels as well
I had a pre-employment drug screening scheduled with WHS back in Feb, and my visit was great! They were fast and polite. I was in and out in 20 minutes or less.
I help one of my dear friend to follow up his injury from work, they let us wait 4 hours at the lobby and after seeing the dr and we had wait another one hour to get one piece of paper!!

Seemed most employees present were being trained. The cost of a DOT physical is twice the cost of other local clinics. I needed assistance with a DOT physical they from 2 years down to one. They refused and wanted me to pay again their inflated prices. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for medical needs.
I had a great experience after my injury at work. I was taken to the back quickly. I was treated with kindness and respect throughout my experience. The APRN who saw me, Brian, was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He gave me some exercises to do at home to help improve my issue. He explained all discharge instructions thoroughly. Great experience
The office staff are very nice. The nurse and doctor I saw were informative and understanding. Listened to me throughly and helped me with my fears. Great experience! ????
I was totally violated
After I passed my urine over to the associate she was very rude nasty …. Had the nerve to shake and smell my urine n then had me to go to the bathroom to raise my shirt n to pull my pants down ….. I have never ever experienced nothing like that n my life!!! I’m suing!!!
