I haven't had my nails done in years. I went alone & my nerves were high. Dee had no hesitation in my request & actually helped me with my overall vision. I will be back!
I just love this place, All the workers are bomb they never fail me. Tiffany such a nice person. I’ve been coming here for almost 3.5 yrs now this the only nail place I deal with in Wooster. And Kim is such a sweet heart she was busy today but I still love her thanks a lot ladies. Highly recommend Wooster Nail Spa I got a pedi and fill in today for my Mother’s Day trip this up coming weekend. Love love love!!!
I would give this place a zero if I could! I got my nails done here on Saturday, and on Sunday my nail broke and I called and let them know, they told me to come in. I came in and they immediately told me to go shopping and told me they have appointments. I understand that but my nail would not take long to fix! I came back from shopping and still here I am sitting here waiting for them to fix their mistake! The people are rude! I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone!
I got a pedicure….sort of. The lady got done with someone else’s feet and immediately came up to me grabbing my feet without changing her gloves. None of the utensils were cleaned either. Still had the red nail polish from the previous customer. I was handed a menu of services, i picked my service and of course they want me to upgrade to the next one and I said no and then they wouldn’t take the menu back from me the whole time I sat there. There was nail clippings all over that floor like they never swept. She barely scrubbed my feet, didn’t cut my nails even, and the nail gel is on my skin. My service also said massage and that didn’t happen either. Just because you put oil on someone and rub it in a little bit doesn’t make it a massage. I called in advance and they said they weren’t busy and they didn’t make appointments so I showed up within 20 minutes and they had multiple people and they were making others wait that were already there to take in new people that they didn’t have the staff for. Would not recommend. Unsanitary.
So I called before I decided to go. The woman told me it will cost 55.00 for a set of nails, plus a gel coloring. So I decided to go. The guy I had seemed like he was in training. Nails turned out horrible. And they charged me $85.00 he said it was tax. Ugh. I even tipped him a $20.00.
Not going back.
This place is awesome. Reasonable prices and they do a great job. They will definitely see me back for my fill. Thanks again guys. My nails look awesome. ????
Asked for a fill, lady told me they were all falling off so she ended up taking them all off (I only had one broken and one lifting which I’ve had salons just fix before so I know it’s possible.) After choosing my length she told me my previous set was ugly and asked where I got them done. $96 dollars later (not including tip) this is how they turned out. Only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because they did turn out really well.
I’ve been going here for a few weeks now, but around two weeks ago I went in for a fill. I decided to try matte acrylics for the first time and was not pleased. That night I went home and some of the nails began to bubble and crack. I went in to get them fixed (requesting all of them to be re-done) and the nail tech only fixed the three that were very noticeable. After getting them fixed, the next few days they began to bubble and crack again (the fixed ones and the nails she wouldn’t fix the first time). A few days later one of the nails chipped (just the acrylic, not my actual nail) and came off. I didn’t have the time to come in and get them fixed that week because I was very busy, but a week after the first fix I went in requesting them to all be re-done (like I requested the first time). The original nail tech wasn’t there, but after explaining my situation a different nail tech told me that I just needed a fill because I’ve waited so long (not offering to fix them for free like they should have). I left, not wanting to pay for another fill when I still should have had another week or so with these.
My sister went to have her eyebrows waxed from here and the person that did them waxed over the same spot twice, and ripped the skin off from above her eyebrow, not to mention they were very crooked.
Neither of us will be returning to this salon.
