Best WLM Reviews
This is a AYCE bbq and hotpot.
The servers here were fantastic! They took the time to ask if it was our first visit and guided us through the process, which made the experience smooth and enjoyable.
The restaurant was also very clean, which added to the overall positive experience.
The meats were incredibly fresh and delicious definitely the highlight of the meal. The hot pot, however, was just okay and could use some improvement on tom yum base.
Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I’d recommend it for the service, cleanliness, and BBQ meats!
Service was great. They came by frequently to check on us. The hot pot also was ok, but seemed to be lacking in the self-serve bar compared to other nearby hotpot. The meat quality seemed below average, but my favorite was the pork belly.
Price is reasonable overall.
BEST IN TOWN! (No Exaggeration either)
From when we checked in, down to the service and food, everything was excellent. The host at the time (which I assume was the manager. Long hair and glasses) made us feel more than welcomed! Even when I booked a reservation for 2 but came
with my Infant, he reassured it was no problem, fixed our table to accommodate! After we were sat down, our server, Nathan, explained thoroughly how the AYCE dinner worked ($26 for regular/$29 for premium) with Both Options having Hot Pot & an Open Salad Bar. Both Nathan and the host who sat us always checked in at great times without bothering our dinner AND were extremely friendly/playful with my Child who was always trying to get their attention to play or babble. Mind you, our reservation was at 8pm, around 9:01 we still were eating and cooking one more meat.. 9:30pm we were finished but not a second during our dinner did we feel rushed! (They close at 10pm) They're very patient and focus on service rather than leaving right away. Not to mention, the entire place was spotless! As if construction just finished two days ago. That includes the Bathrooms! One thing I wished better, was tipping them more because our experience was beyond great and I couldn't thank them enough for how accommodating they were towards my child. (Parents know how difficult it could be eating in public with infants/toddlers). Thank you so much Fusion!! So worth our 40min drive, WE WILL BE BACK!
First time here. It's a Korean bbq and hotpot combined. The price is actually really good and it starts at $26 per person. If you want extra items, the price goes up to $29 per person. In my opinion it's worth the $3 extra. You get items like La Galbi and finger meat as well as other types of shrimp. There really is a limited amount of selection if you compare it to the bigger Korean BBQ and Hot Pot places in the Dallas area. The vegetables did not seem too fresh and didn't seem to be washed well. The service was pretty good. The servers were very attentive.
Great place. Staff will let you know how it works if you never been there. The portions of meat they bring out are big. I got the extreme spicy soup and it was extreme!
Not many hotpot options for meat or veggies. The KBBQ meat quality at this location is not as good as the other one. Service is okay. Very hot inside. Doesn’t seem like their AC is working
The staff are friendly and attentive. The food was good, but not a whole lot of variety. The venue can use more ventilation since it was kbbq, the smell when you walk in was really strong. Still a good experience and I enjoyed our meal
We went for an early Mother’s Day Lunch here this past Saturday.
This place opened as Fusion Kitchen, then, new owners took over and change the name to Woo Mee Ok Korean BBQ four months ago.
This AYCE Korean BBQ Restaurant is the only authentic K BBQ in the Metroplex area as far as I’m concerned. The meats are fully freshly marinated, sliced properly and fast to grill. The meats are moist and soft once grilled, it’s delicious. LA Kalbi is the best and so as their Bulgogi. The Hotpot with beef broth is sooo good, I won’t forget the taste of it.
Serving staff, Shaiyen (I think) is friendly, helpful and had patience with our 4 grandkids that made a mess.
Lots of parking, has outdoor patio dining and clean and well decorated indoor Korean BBQ Restaurant.
Will be back again soon to try their Hawaiian Pork and other meats.
