No shelter to park your car under to protect you from the rainy weather. They do however have a sheltered outdoor dining area.
The service was quick, very helpful and friendly.
The chili dogs we had were very tasty with fresh buns. The root beer was very smooth. The milkshake we ordered was just OK but nothing to get excited about. .
Overall we enjoyed our quick little lunch stop. ????
It takes a lot to get a five star review, but Woody’s definitely deserves it. The food is cheap, and the quality is great. You can either eat at their spacious outdoor eating area or park and have the food come right to your car. The food came extremely fast (within 10 minutes) and was very fresh. I got a corn dog and it was hands down the best corn dog I’ve ever had. Our server, Jackson, was extremely nice, friendly, and helpful. We will be returning!
I love the idea of this place. You park, and the waitress comes right out to you. Takes your order and then delivers your meal on a tray. Just like they used to.
The only problem was that the fries were cold as well as the footlong.Not complaining. I'm just saying we waited, and I don't mind waiting, but it wasn't hot or fresh. I may try it again. I'm not sure.
Gotta love that old school drive in feel. Went for the first time with my daughter and we had a great experience. I got a burger and cheese curds and my kid had the chili dog and mozzarella sticks and we loved it! Food was delicious. Root beer was amazing and the ice cream was awesome.
Parked in spot #13. Alli came and greeted us with our menus and then said she would be right back. About half an hour later no body came back. I rolled down my window as Alli and the other girl who seemed to be helping her and asked if we could take our order. The other girl then said we were parked too far back and to get our orders taken we would need to move up. I didn’t see any signs and we’ve parked there plenty of times before. Alli seemed nice , definitely newer. Other girl not so much. Very disappointed considering this was one of my favorite spots and we won’t be coming back.
A classic drive in. For food we got a footlong chili dog, loaded, a fried bologna sandwich, dressed Woody's style, and an order of beef and barley soup.
All fantastic.
Ordering is easy, as an attendant comes out to your parking spot. They use a handheld to send the order to the kitchen.
I’m deadly allergic to bees which are all over the place - so I stay in my car to take advantage of the fact it’s a drive in and I have sat in my car with them looking right at me for over half an hour. At multiple points I’ve been the only person in the parking lot and others have come and gone.
I wouldn’t mind going up to the counter of the drive in place that’s supposed to come to your car, but if I get stung I have to go to the emergency room or I could die so as much as I love the burgers it doesn’t seem they want to accommodate the server part of things to actually take my order or anything.
One of the ladies literally helped someone to their car with something and still nobody has come to check an order. Quite a bummer but I can’t afford to chance getting stung ????
Food was good 2 weeks ago, but today it sucked. My burger was put together badly with barely any toppings, and my wife did not get her onion rings.
