I ordered the SouthWest BBQ Pork Wrap, and it was really good, everything came fresh and warm! The fries were crispy and had the right amount of salt!
Taste of Woodys. The waitresses were attentive, and the food arrived quickly. Hot and delicious. We were there mid afternoon, and the place was relatively quiet. Free Parking available. Carryout also.
Had a party of 6 and was seated promptly. Not a very warm welcome...but hey...we are there for the food. We hadn't eaten here for a long time so we figured we would try them out again. Our server was very pleasant and patient as we needed a couple extra minutes the first couple times she came over. ????
There was a variety of food ordered and it was all really good....minus the green beans...everyone that got those, they were cold. But the meats were full of flavor and none of it was dried out. Everything was super yummy!
Ordered catering for a group of 85 at a conference. Travis and the manager both were super helpful, the price point was the best in town, and there was SO MUCH food!!! They really did well. They did miss giving us one of our entrees, but when we realized and called them they already had someone on their way to deliver it to us. Five out of five stars.
Really disappointed with this one. Thought it was going to be good but they messed up on all levels. The brisket is actually pretty dry. Not much bark and what little is there doesn’t have much flavor. The sauces are VERY bad. I didn’t like any; Carolina, their sweet, their hot, not good guys, not good.
The server basically forgot everything we ordered and I had to explain it again.
I honestly don’t see a point in giving them a second chance.
Down home southern service. Delicious grub for the whole family.
Taste of Woody's is a plate full of food. Ribs, beef brisket, sliced pork, sausage, Mac n cheese, okra with sweet tea. OH So Good.
Ordered salads to go as I do often. Requested extra cheese and Italian dressing on one. Extra ranch on the other. They arrived and no extra cheese and no Italian dressing; just extra ranch for the other salad. The dressing was in a paper bag and 4 of the 6 containers had the tops off the dressing was spilled all over the bag. The chicken on one was cold; not even room temperature. This is not the first time I’ve had a negative experience with Woody’s to go.
Food and service was 5 stars. Delicious and great portions. My only complaint is the seating. A table for 4 people is a bit cramped, so expect to bump elbows while eating.
