We were very happy with our stay at the Woodville Inn . We had stopped at the Stagecoach Inn 1st, they were way too expensive for us, we asked about other places in town nearby? She told us that she couldn't recommend the Woodville Inn to us, and it was the only other place in town besides them. I told her we would try our luck because we sure couldn't afford her motel.
We were very pleased with the prices at the Woodville Inn, and the rooms. Good prices for people who are on a limited budget. Thanks to Woodville Inn, we still need affordable places to stay at. We appreciate you.
It was quiet and roomy, definitely the bare minimum of everything including cleanliness but nonetheless it was decent for the purpose of the stay. Location was perfect and u can't expect much more for $68 a night! I'm sure I will be a retuning customer! The staff was friendly and helpful as well! Our room had a large sliding glass door which I loved and it made it easier to access our vehicle...
So.. We arrive and the first thing you see it a building that look like a old church and a gastation with borded up windows.. Okay. So we paid 104.16$. I assumed that the hotel rooms would be nice.. Okay? So we were told that our room is on the first floor. We pass by the room and the slider door was open, curtians open, lights on and it had a smell.. So smart me looked up the hotel reviews and read one that said it had dirty sheets.. We check the sheets and there was stains and hair in the sheets. Went to the bathroom and the towels were dirty yellow and there was water damage on the floors, yellow rings in the toilet and the bathtub. There was food in the fridge. Awful. So we go and report what we saw and we were moved to upstairs. Immediately it was hot and humid when we went upstairs. The room upstairs was dirty too, the sheets were better tho. So as the towels but they still had yellow spots. Water damage was still there and the curtains didnt close still. There was a drawer that look like a little kid spilled slime or paint in it. Ac in both rooms were really loud. Disgusting.
The building is in a good location, looks like a old army barracks out dated the lobby is in better shape then the rooms. They are dirty dust paint pealing of the bathroom door curtains are old don't shut tight tvs an lamps on extension cords ,
This is an old hotel with lots of character but apparently no care is given. It has huge potential but it seems owners do not care. I ask for a king room. The room had a full size bed and a tore up,stained hide a bed couch. We did not use couch. 1 chair was very stained, one was broken. Carpet was filthy, tub would not plug, fridge and microwave were dirty, dust on lamps and A/C unit. Only some outlets worked. Gutters were hanging. In dire need of exterior paint. Did a lipstick paint job in room but color choices did not match anything. When I pulled the sheets the mattress was very stained. And the worst part COCKROACHES! I DO NOT RECOMMEND
Woke this morning there was roaches all over the place I bought a pizza last night open the box this morning full of roaches
It was not a first good sight appearance looks run down. Lobby was big looked like renovation was going on. Good location, big room roomy tub has black mold around it, the bath door poor shape a whole piece of paint missing smelled musty dirty smell. Hard time to fig out tv. The AC worked but not cold enough in here. It's good for a one night the was little high for shape of the roo..
I booked this place for my husband who was in town working. This has to be the worst place he has ever stayed at. Everything was dirty. From the floor, to the bed sheets, toilets walls. The place is run down and not taken care of at all. It was uncomfortable stay . Had I know sooner I would not have booked this place at all. Not worth the money. Disgusting is all I have left to say.
