The most amazing fried green tomatoes topped with pulled meat and sitting on a delicious sauce. The ribs were also moist and tender. Great sauce selection and great service. We were looking for the best BBQ in town and we may have found it! (Photo includes two less slices because we started eating right away )
The food is good. However, there are no windows so it feels cave like. The draft beer selection is on thr light side... Overall, the worst part was when I saw the staff just messing with their phones, it just felt really low rent like McDonald's. A little more professionalism would be nice... Final thought, food wasn't bad, it was kinda pricey and I will not be going back.
First time I've been here, but service was very good. Food was good as well. Good selection of barbecue sauces. I had the whole fried okra side. First of time I'd ever had it. Got the spicy ranch dipping sauce to go with it. Worth a try!
We were passing along Valdosta, needed to stop & have lunch. Found this place on Yelp. We were not disappointed!

We had the chopped brisket dip - loads of meat on the bun with melted cheese & mushrooms, the side chosen was baked bean. Brisket was so tender & flavourful, baked beans had chunks of meat, sweet but not overly sweet.
1/2 baked chicken with 2 sides - that was the juiciest chicken with great smoked flavour in it. Sides were fried whole okra, the batter coating was very good, with a touch of coarse salt on it, crunchy on the outside, not slimy at all.
The beast sandwich was very good too, ordered a loaded tater totes with pulled pork
Brunswick stew was intriguing, do we ordered a large bowl, it was loaded with Lima beans & pulled pork & chicken with veggies…. Very tasty with a touch of vinegar taste. The soup was tasty & very nicely done.
2 meat with 2 sides - pulled chicken with sausage, mac n cheese & fried okra
All the food was good, we are very glad that we stopped here.

Woodstock has it all! Incredible food, excellent tea, fast servers, and a comfortable location. The smoked brisket french dip was perfectly smokey and packed with flavor, and the au jus was the best I've ever had! Sadly, I live three hours away, but this is going to be a staple on our trips past Valdosta

Jessica was on the ball answering our questions. She was polite and checked on us.
We both ordered the beef brisket and salad. For my second side I asked for the roasted brussel sprouts and husband ordered green beans.
The brisket came on top of a slice of white bread.
Jessica identified the different sauces on the table and when I asked for horse radish, off she went to get me a small cup!
If we weren't passing through I would surely be stopping by again.
My friend and I ate here tonight and had the BEST service and food! I cannot brag on them enough. The food was amazing, fresh and hot. The service incredible. The establishment clean and atmosphere perfect. You are missing out if you do not dine here.
