This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at the room that I was assigned was dirty. The counters weren’t clean. The refrigerator was filthy. The heat/air conditioner may more noise in my TV. The front desk did not seem to help out when I would explain to them that I work overnight and the individuals on either side of me were yelling and screaming, they didn’t care I had to leave that hotel so that I could actually get sleep the hallway smell weird I can’t even explain the smell that it has so it may be a good price but it’s nothing like the pictures online. It is the worst hotel ever to ever seen You have to turn on all the faucets to pull the hot water to your room there’s never ever hot water. It is terrible, so if you can avoid it, don’t stay here if I can give them a -5 I would when I would bring up situations that I was hoping you would get resolved the management. Her name is Ashley her exact words to me was this is a hotel/homeless shelter!! I requested my money back.
Room and hallways smell musty and foul. Pet fee is $10/day not the $5/day that is stated on website.Water in shower gets like warm at best. When you call after hours, the after hours staff just hang up on you instead of listening to your problems. What a joke! Don't stay here!
Everything is great about this place...Very clean, quiet and comfortable..The staff is polite and helpful...The GM does an amazing job at running this place. She is always smiling, has a positive attitude and good energy.. Definitely recommend this place!
Checked in, women up front never greeted me & acted like I wasn't standing there. 3 days straight heard staff cussing at guest( not very professional). Not a clean hotel. Asked for towels, made us feel like it was an inconvenience. I pray anyone who has to stay long term, God Blesses them to find somewhere else immediately. Morning staff was nice, night staff extremely rude. I will not be back.
Swear to God you have to give minus 5 stars . Room 318 door keycards doesn’t work. After more than 10 times try receptionist laughed and said they don’t have any one to fix on weekends. We have to keep a person at room all times to open door. No public restroom , lots of bugs fleas and bedbugs overnight, you can’t check in at 2:59 . It has to be 3 pm lol . 2 to 2:30 am fire alarm for homeless people that rent room . Ready for all drama during staying here . Stay in your car or side of street is more beneficial.
Amazing customer service from the ladies at the desk all way to the ladies that clean the rooms all way to the maintenance men this crew is awesome. Always have great vibes friendly community.
Safety is always on point. Also us families that have to stay extended times here we feel the family type vibes & we check on each other & the staff here has made sure we is taken care of & we appreciate this very much.
Ashley has built us a wonderful place to stay til our homes is ready or while we stay for a little longer we have a staff here that gets the jobs done & solves problems quick & efficiently & well mannered time. Beautiful job to all of you that work at my extended home. We appreciate you greatly
Horrible experience I have ever had . Minus 5 stars . Door keycards don’t work. No one in reception don’t know how to fix it and ask us to stay in our room till weekend is over !!! Bugs bitting us overnight. You can’t even check in 1 minute earlier than 3 pm !!! . No ice maker , no public restroom. Room 318 sep 14th . They need to shut down this place.
I stayed here for 3 days and left feelings contagious! The first room was 125, water leaks from the AC and when I decided to stay another nite, my other was advised that we had been checked out at 10am and they offered #325 and stated the only time to receive towels was at 9am! Right across from this room is an dog that must be alone bc he does this slow bark throughout the night. I'm a pet person so it wasn't the deal breaker. The remote control volume wouldn't adjust,the toilet handle is broken and makes the toilet run, we didn't have any hot water and the shower lien has molded as well as the bed and sheets even to the point it bleeds thru the bedding. I removed all of my covers in disguise and threw them into the shower for the bath they needed! Housekeeping knocks at 10:30, so my other advised her we are checking out thereafter she still attempts to enter the room, after peeping out the door to notify her I was still in the dwelling she looks at me and says I'll just wait until after 11 to enter your room. Newsflash check out is at 11am. No overnight clerk! No shaded or covered parking available as this hotel sits in an open field. This place would be 5stars for my pet it has a large open field for them to enjoy. It is located near a lot of places so I attempted to stay longer, but I took a cold shower and departed.
