I stayed and currently still do stay here for now, for over two weeks. Manager is super friendly and helpful, especially in shitty situations. We have no complaints. Just do what is asked, be on time with payments as arraigned so he isn't made out to be a bad guy, and the rest of staff is helpful as can be.
Cons: Music outside late/early morning. Nothing the hotel can really control.
Let me start by saying if you can avoid staying at this place PLEASE do not go here this place has no empathy for people. The place is dirty and they do not care about your family well being. When we arrived at the place and we got the room we notice that the air conditioning unit was not working and there was another ac unit laying on the floor, we went back down to the attendant to let her know the situation, she gave us another room now everything seemed to be fine until it was time to sleep, we noticed that the air conditioning unit was not working again we let her know the situation one more time she took like 40 minutes come to the room and check it out now at this point we were so frustrated because it was nearly mid night and we were out of a room I have 2 little kids and we are stranded, the attendant did not do anything to help us at all instead we got into an argument and basically she said for us to get out and she even called the cops when I said we will leave just give me the money back she refused and told us to leave after we paid now is 12 midnight and we were out of a hotel with 2 kids please people stay out from this place after speaking to the police department the officer said this place this people do not cooperate with them and there is prostitution and drugs that happens there please do not put your family at risk we will reach out to an attorney a hopefully sue this place
No hair dryer. I woke up with the smell of the food cooking next door. Seems like there are people lives there on the 4th floor. Never again sorry. We even woke up because of the fire alarm. Probably due to the people cooking and not having a good ventilation.
Stayed here last week during Apocalypse Fest. Great service and the room was clean. Ace had great customer service! Can't wait to stay here again.
This hotel had comfortable beds and it was relatively clean. |The people next to us had an extended fight with a lot of “f” bombs. There were many long term residents that stay at this hotel. |Everything was very clean, except for windows that you couldn’t see out of because they were so dirty. I was surprised how filthy they were when the rest of the room was clean. |There are many nice restaurants in the area. |Overall, it was an OK place to stay, but I’m not sure if we’ll go back.
Very enjoyable stay. All employees and the general manager are truly awesome people. Great rates, very comfortable atmosphere and very safe. Highly recommend. Three room is the perfect size, great TV selections, pets allowed. Even all the wonderful staff they works on the floors were extremely polite and accommodating.
No negatives. I think many bad reviews are because they didn't follow simple hotel rules so all guests have the same peaceful stay. This place is a gem, especially for the price.
Waited a total of 40 mins for an employee to check me in. When I got a room there were bugs in it. Also when I got into the room it smelled like someone had just smoked in it. Elevator had what I believed to be blood in it. See attached pictures. Was a surprise to see there was room service for food but wayyy overpriced. In a good area of town but besides that bad stay.
Honestly people may have bad things to say about this place but I have to say that it was a huge help for me . There very pleasant , helpful & understanding. It was affordable & kept me from being homeless .
