If you are okay with sleeping with ROACHES then this is the place for you. I stayed here for a few months, until my family and I were able to find and honestly the most traumatic experience I had ever with a hotel.
First the rooms were dirty, to the point we couldn't even walk bare foot with out our feet turning black. The bathroom had all types of gunk around the shower. I had to clean myself, mop, scrub, to get everything cleaned and fresh. I had to buy new sheets, and a mattress cover because they never cleaned it. And how we knew because there was a whole in the mattress cover and my children found money, a cigarette pack, and gum. After a few days is when the unwanted guest of roaches started creeping in, the warmer it got the more they started coming. I tried everything, kept the room spotless, tried essential oils, sprayed roach spray three times a day but none of that worked. There were roaches in the hallways, dead roaches hanging from the ceiling, and even one in the washing machine!!!!!!!!. From baby ones to large adults. One day coming in there was a roach trying to go in between the door and when I opened the door it flew off and landed on the floor. Never in my life I had to deal with bugs, or roaches. It's sad that people come to stay and have to worry about that.
This hotel needs to evacuate everyone and shut down for a few months to properly inspect and terminate.
So far I would rate this hotel a 5. From the manager to those in housekeeping, the word comes to mind, excellent. I have to single out Sheriena and Mr. Bob, who in my opinion, are the type of personnel you want on a hotel staff. These individuals have an exceptional way of dealing with all types of personalities. They both are pleasant, respectful, very helpful, and shows real concern for the customers' comfort. I really am enjoying my stay here. I would recommend this hotel to anyone interested in extended living.||S. Duncan
We stayed here for a football game. It's a great location for anyone going to a game. The staff is incredible. They are very friendly and courteous. This is an extended stay place so people stay here from a few days to several years so expect problems. No place is perfect no matter how much you pay. Our only issue was bugs which will addressed once they access the 2 adjacent rooms to spray. Would stay here again but in a different room.
We booked 2 nights but only stayed one. Great location to the stadium but unfortunately it’s not clean. We’re probably one of the few who didn’t see a single cockroach however our room was so dirty we drove home after the game instead of staying another night that we already paid for. We did see a random bug flying around in the toilet. Everyone was super friendly but we will not be back.

Just watched the cowboys beat the redskins at the Northwest stadium. I booked this hotel about a week before the game and figured it was a good choice because it was walking distance to the stadium.
DO NOT PURCHASE A HOTEL ROOM.
After we returned from the game, we went to check in and the lady told me before she processes the credit card that I need to check the room. Once the payment has processed and confirmed, there is no refund.
I thought that was a bit odd because I stay at plenty of hotels as a member of the armed forces and I’ve never been asked to check my room before signing and purchasing a hotel room.
The couple in front of me had to check their room as well and they approved and signed off. More power to ‘em.
HERES THE KICKER, the rooms were infested with cockroaches. Fleas. Mosquitoes. You name it, it was there. Never in my life, have i experienced a hotel like this.
We went to tell the lady to cancel our reservation and to not charge us. She said, “No worries, we figured you were going to leave.”
Do. Not. Book. Your. Reservation. Here.
This hotel is pretty bad. There are roaches and I had to immediately get a refund. I saw one beetle, no big deal, but then I realized it was not a beetle ????. I gave them 5 stars for service though because Marcia and the other woman who was working with her were so lovely and accommodating from check in to check out. They truly deserve a better maintained hotel because their customer service is amazing and they are absolutely the bright spots at that location if you can deal with the roaches which were an immediate heck no for me.
Keniyah and the rest of the people at the front desk are very nice and helpful! I don't have that many complaints because my stay has been pretty decent. The room is pretty nice. Not much to complain about except... their primary issue - the bugs. I'm a clean person and I keep peppermint essential oil on me so that helps, but the rooms have carpet beetles and roaches, unfortunately. I'm sure that has more to do the with guests than the hotel, but still. I was not thrilled seeing 2 roaches on the wall within a few days. My partner says he saw a bunch of roaches behind the toilet, one night, as well.
COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE!!!! Cockroaches in the bed, on the toilet seat!!! Do Not stay at this hotel. My wife and I attempted to stay the evening on 10/20 and upon returning to the hotel room after Dinner we came into a room full of Cockroaches (5 of them seen) and 2 other random bugs. One cockroach was on the bed by the pillows and when one of us went to use the toilet, one cockroach was even on the toilet seat! We then left immediately. The front desk night manager said "Yeah, we just sprayed for them a couple days ago"! So they even knew they had a cockroach issue! We were then forced to try to find somewhere else to stay when it was past midnight which became a nightmare in itself to do. Luckily we did find another hotel... This was by far the worst experience we have ever had at a hotel.
