When checking in was a major red flag ! Front desk mentioned about pest control spraying a room before booking. Everywhere you look was dirty sticky and not appealing. Wish I was able to cancel this booking but unfortunately I would be be charged and has no other option. When getting my room floor was sticky walls were literally dirty. Checked out the bed for bed bug cause that’s usually how I am. No sign of bugs yet. Restroom was disgusting to look at and so was the shower … no towels or soap bars or plastic bottles were in room (as any other place would). The bed had only 2 flat sheets and no comforter. Had to go out my way to buy a blanket. 1st night was a bad start could not sleep because of the dumb choice I made to stay here. Tonight is my last night and soon as I came in , room was never cleaned bed was destroyed, figured new sheets would be put on. My husband laying on the bed and as I go lay down with him several roaches on “head board” crawling! That was my last straw ! At this it’s better to just sleep in my car! I call front desk they were literally no help! I can’t not put into words how ridiculous and pathetic this place is ! This place definitely deserves no stars! Worst place I have ever stayed at! Roaches ???? everywhere literally! NASTY ! 10000000/10 recommend choosing else where! I can honestly say homeless people live better than this dump.
the reason that I am giving the hotel one Stars it's because I was hurt there, and I had to leave by ambulance. I was promised that my possessions would be safe. when I got out of the hospital I was told that my possessions had been thrown away and they were thrown away because the regional manager demanded it. all my clothes, my little bit of jewelry, my glasses and some very private personal irreplaceable things. and what's funny is that it was the mattress sliding and me falling they caused me to have to go to the hospital, and have surgery. I stopped by there today and was told that the Regional manager said they were not running storage units. well then I'm not playing forgiving forget! if they don't pay for my possessions by this weekend I'm going to file a personal injury lawsuit. and the regional manager needs to be thrown to the curb like my positions were. and if you need proof and a way to get in touch with me I was in room 322 on October 8th I'm sure you still have my phone number.
Someone in my room and had to go downstairs to get another room. Bed missing sheets. Light through window was as bright as day. Lots of road noise. Only good thing was room was cheap
Stayed here instead of temple since ya got plenty to do in Waco, I myself was there for work and surprisingly enough it was really really affordable! Rooms may be a bit outdated and pictures may seem a bit of a “too good to be true” which i dont mind since ive been to way worse.. but you do get cable of course, and a mini kitchen with a full fridge. Room cleaning is apparently every 2 weeks which is a bit absurd but im always ontop of cleaning my room myself whenever ofc it starts to feel/look cluttered! Word of advice bring your own trash bags/broom etc.. in complete honesty you get what you pay for. It aint a 4-5 star hotel but if you are here for work/business this is your go to! Many food near by and a sams club, heb, and walmart all really close by, ill be back if i ever have work near by
This place is disgusting! Smells like drugs in the hallway and the room. Not sure if the sheets were clean. There were bugs in the lobby- ugh. There is a reason Hotels.com has no rating for this hotel. Save yourself from our mistake. Don't do it.
This place was very bad, as soon as we walked into our room and turned on the lights we saw that there were cockroaches crawling all over the doors, walls, bed, and floor. We booked for three night but after seeing this we didn’t want to stay any longer so we went downstairs to the front desk to ask for a refund. The lady in the front said she couldn’t give a refund but to go the next morning to talk the manager and that she could give us our money back. We went the next day and talked to the manager and she said there was nothing she could do, that she needed to talk to someone in a higher position to see if we could get a refund and that she would give me a call. I never got my refund or a call.
U threw my family in the dumpster my moms ashes. I found out this week that is the room my friends 6 month baby was murdered in. Then I literally get flipped off the bed, maids were getting drunk on my vodka .I was reassured, promised that my possessions were safe, but I bet those gorgeous shoes and clothes and gold earrings never went in the dumpster, all my makeup. I got realeased to nothing except a damaged back. time for code enforcement and fire inspection, health department and bbb. even if I dont get paid for my stuff at least it will cost ur company 3 times as much
Positive: The location Negative: Literally everything else. The hotel reeked of bleach! The hotel room was dirty, not well maintained, and there was black mold everywhere. I immediately went down to the front desk and when I was told there was nothing she could do I checked out.
